Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Alfredo V. Bonfil

We loved this place! This is our 4th time to the island and by far our favorite spot. We enjoy staying on the South Side of the island and exploring on a golf cart. It's about 20 minutes from one side of the island to the next. Playa Norte close to the Mia hotel is a great spot for kids and beach bars. Near this place we love to eat at Mayakita (breakfast)and Rancho Capricho for dinner. The house has an incredible view of the ocean and we cannot wait for rooftop mimosas next year! Thank you for having us!!

Beautiful house right on the beach. Loved having the pool overlooking the beach and the dipping pool on the upper deck - which warmed up perfectly with sun to make it warm for the evenings! Kitchen and bathrooms were great and the beds are super comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The place was extremely pleasant and spotless. Luis was always attentive to any circumstance or recommendation both before and during the stay. Some considerations to keep in mind are: 1) it is not a place to make a lot of noise and 2) the pool closes at 11 pm out of respect to the neighbors (it is communal), although in general it is empty. I definitely recommend staying at this place and would gladly return.

We stayed for a week at this listing and it was impeccable. The photos are true to the description of the house. The pool is larger than you might think and has a toilet and outdoor shower which is very convenient. Gladys was a great host, very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this place for a vacation in Cancún!!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

Great host, great location, would love to come back!

The apartment was very clean and I guess new . Also, kitchen was very useful. The people around and the host was nice and helpful. The only downside is there is a restaurant just across the street and it is very loud at the evenings, someone sensitive with sound may feel uncomfortable. Other than that everything was nice. So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. Great location, the view was amazing! Right in front of La Isla which has some food, stores, and easy to get anywhere. The hot tub was great, beach was clean. Overall great.

Great small condo right on the beach and in the best part of hotel zone

Can’t thank Blanca and Ola enough for allowing us to stay at their home. It is a beautiful location and is exactly as it is shown in the listing. The views and the pool are incredible. They lined up the transportation and ferry ride to get there from the airport. That took so much worry about the travel day away. The other concern was how to get around. They helped with renting a golf cart which we recommend for a few days. Taxis were always available right outside the condo. Look forward to our next trip there.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great place, excellent location

We had a great stay at Igor’s place. Karla was absolutely phenomenal with her flexibility surrounding our check-in time, her quick responses to our questions, and recommendations in the area. The only issue we had was the low pressure of the showerhead which they said they will fix!

Claudia’s home was idyllic. The beach was private, calm, and perfect for kiddos. The home was clean, comfortable, and great for our family. All the amenities we could need and Claudia was so helpful and communicative. The Beachscapes staff were equally helpful and the facility as a whole was very nice.

Mely and Woody’s place was just as described. Beautiful double balconies, all of the amenities you could need for a great day at the beach. The restaurant suggestions of Los Amigos and La Bamba…don’t miss these spots the food and service were too notch! The place is within walking distance of all the Cancun party fun yet far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep in the comfy bedding. Great easy check-in, and transportation arrangements were seamless. If we could give Gustavo 5 stars we would do that too! If we are ever back in Cancun we would surely stay here again.
