Charming 2nd floor apartment (35sqm) in a period building in the centre of Chamonix. Great location and mountain views from all rooms. Brevent ski lift is a short walk. Bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants are within a two minute walk. The apartment comprises of one bedroom, one bathroom, living room with small balcony and kitchen area. There is a double bed and two sofa beds in the living room. Private parking is available. Ideal for a couple, two single people sharing or a small family.

Splendid apartment of 600 sq ft with high ceilings in the heart of Chamonix, in a former 30's art Déco Grand Hotel ("Chamonix Palace"), south-facing and very sunny, with a spectacular view on Mont-Blanc from each of the rooms through large windows. Very quiet building although being in the hypercenter thanks to its private garden at the entrance from which you benefit. Free parking with remote control. Fully equipped with Wifi, storage of ski and bike equipment, etc.

We want to share with you the passion we have put in renovating it with the help of local artisans. We tried to respect the history of the valley through this warm decoration with raw materials. To share a story, the scale of the beds comes from real former equipment of the Brévent domain before its renovation.
