This is a great and cozy place to stay. we were group of 5 people along with a kid and the place fit us exactly. the place is exactly as shown in the pictures. the best thing is that they have provided all the details of the restaurants near by to order, rides and activities that we can do, all the near by beaches. all those details made our life easier during that stay. Prashanth was very quick in responding to our queries. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Great place, awesome host. This place is 1RK situated in a peaceful complex very close to palolem beach. The host is very proactive, and helpful. As we were travelling with an infant so she made arrangements to meet her needs. The caretaker dolly is also very polite and helpful, she takes care of everything from checkin to giving tips and information about locality. The place is well maintained and equipped with a functional kitchen with all the required tools. Speaking of locality, Palolem is a cosy and peaceful place close to nature, I would recommend this to anyone who is willing to spend some quality time in peace close to nature and away from noisy party centers in North goa. I would definitely consider this Airbnb in future.

Bela was extremely helpful and quickly respond. she suggests places nearby which were worth giving a try. the place is awesome and gives really a luxury of hospitality during your stay. will surely pick this one again soon.

Had an amazing time at the pool villa of Quinta Da Santana located in South Goa and in close proximity to all famous beaches of South Goa. The place is located in a serene and calm farm house environment with all basic amenities available within 1-2 kms. Awesome private place to wind down and enjoy the nature. Would recommend 100%.

A very nice place to chill for a day. Cola beach is nice and as difficult to access, very quiet. There is not much to do though, so great for a short stay. The hotel is very nice.

The place has very beautiful surroundings and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Its well maintained with almost everything required for the day to day living. Its very well connected to all the important locations. The recommendations and guidebook provided by Anand was very helpful for us. Definitely recommended if you are visiting canacona

We absolutely loved our stay here! Super close to the beach, very clean, comfortable and large room and bathroom. It was more private than expected as the windows on the doors had either a very dark tint or one way glass. We could hear the waves breaking in the morning which was lovely. The staff keep the property pristine!

Had a wonderful stay. The property has a fully functional kitchen and a comfortable bed. Lalita was very helpful and always reachable and in touch . The location is quite convenient but a vehicle is a must. Palolem beach is 2km away and has nice restaurants to explore. The quieter and more beautiful beaches are 10min drive and are totally worth visiting. All in all, a lovely place and a very proactive and helpful host.
