Armin was a fabulous host! And this property was an amazing get away super close to a beautiful beach. I stayed for 3 nights but I would easily come back. Extremely walkable location, and just steps away from Perea beach where there are tons of restaurants, lounge chairs, and souvenir shops. Highly recommend this spot for your next vacation.

It was my fifth time in Thessaloniki and the apartment was by far the quietest. I slept wonderfully! The upper city wall is not far, wonderful restaurants and tranquil cafes are just around the corner, as are historical sights. Next time I will try to come back to this apartment.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was as described and in the pictures. Nikolaos was always available and responded quickly. He's a host who cares about making his guests feel comfortable. The location is very central. 10 minutes to the beach, bakery around the corner, supermarket and other shops as well. You can watch the hustle and bustle on the street wonderfully from the balcony. We can only recommend the apartment. We will be happy to come back. Thank you Nikos!
