This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Guy calls his apartment “Lovely Small Apartment. Lovely the apartment certainly is. Guy has cheerfully decorated the apartment in his own creative way. Sometimes almost fairytale-like. Small I wouldn't call the apartment. On my own I had more than enough space. But it's also fine for two. The apartment is located near the center. Within walking distance are many places of interest; including the Roman Forum, Rotunda and the Arch of Galerius. To the north, Ano Poli, the picturesque old upper town, is easy to reach on foot. Near the apartment there are numerous good restaurants. Right around the corner there are two supermarkets. Guy is an excellent host. Is there for you, helps where needed, responds very quickly to messages. Together we had coffee in a near coffee kafe. Among other things, we talked about how the apartment could become even better. Guy took suggestions along these lines eagerly. I will come again next year.

It is an apartment in the center of Thessaloniki, very close to all the sights and cafes, restaurants, bars etc, but at the same time it is completely quiet! It's super clean and has everything necessary for the stay. Also, Mrs. Sophia is a great communicator and was available immediately whenever I needed something.

The house was close to the subway ,which made it very easy for us,as we had a lot of trouble finding parking and when we found we didn't move it again until we left. When we closed the windows we didn't have good wifi. Otherwise, it's a nice house.

My husband and I had a great stay at this Airbnb. It is so spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances. It feels like you're staying in someone's beautiful and well thought out home. The view on the roof and in the living room is gorgeous. We highly recommend it. The wifi is a little slow if you are working nomadically, but if you're merely on vacation, it should be fine.

Had a great stay! The flat was exactly as described. Mary is really friendly and very responsive. The location was nice too, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The area had a lively vibe, which was great for exploring, though it could get a little noisy at times. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

I loved it, the apartment is really nice, well kept and located close to the sea in a nice and quite area. The massaging pool was working really well, i had zero issues with the hot water that was always available thanks to the 2 boilers The combo massaging pool tv and wifi improves the experience exponentially

Very well-maintained and loving little place to stay. The location is excellent right in the center. The hosts were always direct and very friendly to reach and immediately called a (friendly and helpful) craftsman in the event of a very short-term failure of the hot water. Thank you for the stay and the help! Thessaloniki is great.

We had a nice stay. The host met us, the day before check-in sent us a lot of information about faster access to the location ,about good restaurants,sights, and beach locations. Our stay was peaceful, the apartment perfectly suited the descriptions and our space was enough for our big company..
