The host was incredibly kind and always ready to help. We stayed during the apricot season — what a treat! You can even buy fresh fish from local fishermen every morning. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, just a minute away from the beach and surrounded by exotic restaurants. The beach was peaceful, the water was clear, and it had shallow areas, perfect for relaxing. Parking was not an issue, there is a plenty of spaces. The house itself was incredibly clean and spacious, with multiple terraces and bathrooms, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and provided detailed information about the house and nearby attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The accommodation matched the photos. It was fully equipped — honestly, I didn't find anything missing. The host was communicative and provided us with clear instructions, which made it easy for us to get in. I recommend it to everyone, we might even come back! :)

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

Great place to stay in thessolaniki. Restaurants all around. Easy walk to promenade. Great views.

This year AirBNB is highly recommended if you’re in the Thessaloniki area The host goes above and beyond to make sure the place is clean, furnished and comfortable for your stay. it is further from downtown, close to the airport. But, it still has plenty of places to eat at in a local and quieter area of Thessaloniki.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

We had a great stay! The host was exceptionally responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. He answered our questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the check-in process and our overall stay very smooth. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable—exactly as described in the listing. It had all the essential amenities, and we felt right at home. One thing to keep in mind is that the nearest supermarkets and stores aren’t within walking distance, so having a car or arranging transportation is definitely recommended for grocery runs or other errands. Aside from that, it was a peaceful and pleasant place to stay, and we really appreciated the host’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Nice flat. We where here for a conference in the concert hall and it was ideally located. Very nice roof-terraces and great restaurant nearby, especially Ουτοπία. Metrostation and busses are very close to the flat.

Very clean nice unit. Easy communication with Sofia and quiet location. Around 5 to 10 minute stroll to restaurant area. Once we had a vehicle was easy to get around to other nearby areas.
