Really cool house, wonderfully whimsical decor and comfortable. The hot springs tub in the back yard was over the top! Hosts were quick to respond to a request for place mats for the glass table. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to downtown Boise. We will stay here every time we are in Boise visiting family.

Staying here feels like a trip to your grandma’s farmhouse—warm, cozy, and full of character. The home is older, but it’s clean and well-kept, with plenty of space to gather and relax. There’s tons of grassy space outside for games, multiple gathering spots indoors, and more than enough sleeping areas for a group. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, and there are games, books, and more for entertainment. They also provide plenty of towels, which is a huge plus. It’s the perfect spot for a large group, especially with kids, offering both comfort and room to spread out!

Roslyn bends over backwards to ensure her guests have a wonderful stay. She is accommodating and thoughtful. Her place is immaculate and as exactly as described. It is situated in a quiet convenient neighborhood. We look forward our next stay while in the Boise area.

Our group consisted of colleagues gathering for strategic planning, with a few of us non-locals actually staying overnight. During the day we were able to break into smaller groups for various sessions and Sara’s place had ample room for this. We had discussions in the living room, the upstairs office, and the downstairs living area. Sara was very friendly and responsive. If the weather was better, there was plenty of room outside too! The views were amazing! The only minor thing I would mention is that if you order delivery like DoorDash, it can be difficult for them to find the house. But overall, excellent stay!

We just spent a week at Diane's place and we were so sorry to have to leave! It is everything shown on the site and more. A peaceful oasis, yet so close to everything. The inside of the house has plenty of rooms to relax in and walls from which to enjoy the views. Everyone has their own space if they want it. The kitchen is big and bright and loaded with everything you need. Bedrooms were good size, beds/linens were clean and comfortable and bathrooms lacked for nothing. The backyard was not only beautiful and clean, but quiet and private. Neighborhood is lovely and daily walks around the tree-lined streets were inspiring. We highly recommend Diane's place for couples or a family, and we would definitely stay there again.

I needed a place for all my out of state family to stay for the Thanksgiving holiday that was close to my home. They had all good things to say about it. Beds comfy, plenty of amenities and space.

The house was great. The location was very close to shopping. We had to extend our stay twice, and Anita was very responsive to get us accommodated. I would recommend to friends.

Jason was very responsive to any communication we had with him. The only problem was the dishwasher did not work so we washed dishes by hand. Very clean and well furnished both in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. It was very nice of them to provide coffee and tea. Could of used a few more garbage bags though. The trash bin outside was full and hated to stack up the garbage bags next to the bins but it happened. Some of the electrical receptors were faulty and would not hold a plug in them. Other than that it was an excellent place to stay and I would reach out again to rent this place for our family gatherings.

We enjoyed our time and the house was perfect for out group of 4. There was plenty of room for us and was quite comfortable. Very clean and had everything we needed.

We had the most wonderful stay at the River Walk Cottage. The cottage was super clean with extra touches. The hosts, Janae and Michael, went above and beyond hosting us! From welcoming treats, to extra amenities such as night light flashlight combo to heated mattress pads! Let me tell you, this was our first time sleeping on the heated mattress pads and now I want one for my own bed! The location was also perfect for us, not too close to downtown but within walking distance along the Boise River. We took several walks along the Green Belt to downtown and to dinner at Ling & Louie's Asian Bar and Grill. We like that we can park our car in the back, making it super easy to unload and load. We highly recommend the River Walk Cottage. If you are searching for a home away from home, don't hesitate to book your stay here. We would definitely come back in the future.

It was exactly what we had wanted for a long stay. (We stayed about a month.) It had everything we needed to live comfortably, like we were in our own house and neighborhood. The house was spacious and sunny. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were spotless. The master bed was a dream. (There were just two of us. We didn’t use the bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor.) We really liked the neighborhood. It was very quiet and safe and had so many places to walk. And there was more wildlife than we are accustomed to: many more birds, some deer, and even a coyote. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot close to the airport, sleeps 7 comfortably. The shower was amazing!

Gary and Lynn's place is comfortable and has everything you need. We stayed over Christmas and they provided us with decorations, which was thoughtful of them. Our toddler loved watching all the dogs go by on the greenway every day. Being super convenient to everything downtown made our stay a lot easier. Highly recommend if you are looking for a stay in town!

This space was killer for our Ski Weekend. 6 comfortable beds for our guys. It's a great kitchen to cook in and a great entertaining space. TVs, couches, and nice decor. Hot tub was killer at the end of a long few days of skiing. Kyli and Matt were super communicative and helpful the whole way! Thanks for a great weekend! We'll be coming back

The house was very comfortable, quiet, and well stocked. It is in a great location next to the Greenbelt. Sue was a great host and was always very responsive to our inquiries.

Loved this spot on the bench. Plenty of room and she even has a dog bed in there for your furry friends. Plus toys. Ana was super responsive and I highly recommend this spot. Thanks Ana!

Aaron & Kelly's place was the perfect home base for our visit to Meridian. We came to the area to see family and picked this the place for it's size, location, and family-friendliness. We were so glad we did! Their place was convenient, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. As hosts, Aaron and Kelly were proactive, responsive, clear, and understanding. We'll definitely be seeing if there is availability on our next visit!

Danielle - Really knows how to host! Her home is very well organized and she thought of every detail, a fully stocked kitchen, a fantastic coffee station, great appliances, comfortable beds & furniture, well stocked book options and games, makeup towels, fluffy shower towels etc. It was a perfect stay! This place is an example of how all Airbnb's should be run! -- Besides enjoying the cozy and clean home, which is in the best location - we spent one of our days in Boise renting ebikes at George Cycles - its a fantastic bike shop, and we cruised around the boise green belt going nearly to Meridian and then back the other side of the river, so lovely!!!! A glorious sunny day and beautiful scenery. And we enjoyed Breakfast that day at Moons cafe, and lunch after our bike ride in The Village. Then we BBQ'd at the house, and had a great evening relaxing,. Next day, we walked to Certified Bakery from the house. Then enjoyed the Boise Art Museum. A perfect quick yet relaxing weekend away!

Had an amazing stay at Tim’s with my family. Lovely neighborhood, beautiful home with great amenities. We loved the backyard and the dining area the most. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you could think of. Appliances and spices!!! Tim was super accommodating with check in and check out times. Would 1000% stay here again. Super quiet neighborhood, hot tub was a plus. Don’t hesitate to book here!
