The apartment is really very nice, well structured and equipped with everything. It is directly on the path of the Cammino dei Borghi Silenti, the convenience is total. Enrico is a very responsive and helpful host. You can comfortably cook on site, the kitchen is equipped, and there are also some options (the possibility of making coffee for example). The property is very tidy and very clean. The surrounding area is quiet. There is no wifi, as reported, but unlike other guests I have not encountered any network problems. In this intermediate season, since it is a new structure but in an old farmhouse, it is perhaps a little cold, but nothing unbearable. The staircase to access the night floor is rough, it takes some attention. The cost of accommodation is more than adequate for a couple: for a single person it is perhaps a bit high but includes undeniable practical and logistical advantages.

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available to answer questions. The kitchen equipment exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

We just finished out 10-day stay and it was outstanding. Giovanna’s directions were easy to follow and she answered all questions supportively. Property caretaker Wije was amazingly positive and attentive from checkin to checkout. Hiking and biking among olive farms and vineyards and an easy drive to plenty of Umbrian sites. Restaurants and grocery stores an easy drive away. The property itself is gorgeous and peaceful. Spectacular vacation all-around.

The house is extremely spacious, perfect for large groups or large families. In addition, the house is equipped with everything you need, from appliances of all kinds to board games to spend time. The garden is very large and beautiful to live, also very well-stocked for grilling and relaxing surrounded by nature. The village is very small but one night they had a party with music and dances, an event that made our stay even more enjoyable. A long stay is recommended by organizing days when you visit the neighboring villages and lakes such as Todi, Orvieto and Lake Bolsena. A big thank you to Maria
