Great place and neighborhood

I had a pleasant stay at this property! The location was convenient, and the space itself was clean, cozy, and well-furnished, making it comfortable for my visit. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and readily available to answer any questions. However, I did encounter a minor issue with a leak in the bathroom ceiling. While it didn't impact my overall experience too much, addressing it would definitely enhance the comfort of future guests. Despite this, I would recommend this place for its charm, amenities, and excellent host!

the house is beautiful, exactly like the picture. the only suggestion would be to have a regular maintanance , as some clients can damage a few things. for a example the sofa had stains and a strange smell that came from the toilet . but otherwise everything was perfect

I would say it was one of the best Airbnb I rented. It was clean 100% as per the photos and the Housekeeping guy was very helpful.

Pleasant stay. Clean house, everything as expected and good hygiene. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Everyone slept like a baby. Garden was a great addition.

It was an amazing house with fast food resturants and grocery store near it it was a bit far from the city but it was in quite place and away from any annoying things like highway or constuction the house was very clean and all the amenities you need are provided definitely worth the visit Rony was amazing and responded quick

Villa in Springs is really nice in a very peaceful part of Dubai. Surrounding area is nice for walks, there is also a pool and some playgrounds for the kids. Would definitely recommend

I stayed in a 3-bedroom villa in Damac Hills 2 and had a wonderful experience. The villa was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a family or group stay. The neighborhood is peaceful with great facilities, including parks and pools. The host was highly responsive, addressing all our inquiries and requests promptly, which made the stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the serene environment, and it's definitely a place I'd recommend for a relaxing getaway.

This house is beautiful. I stayed here for 2 months and I loved the house and the area as well. There are a lot things to do in the area as well. So for the future if someone is booking this house they will have a wonderful time while living here. Zilola was always there to help with anything if needed and I’m sure she will do the same for future tenants as well.

If you're thinking about living in the Arabian Ranches or Sustaintable city area, this Serena community is a great alternative. I lived her for 2+ months. and it's a very quiet area, you need to get used to driving, though, which is very common in Dubai. I had some small issues which were fixed quickly and overall, the villa is in a very good condition with quality AC and mid range equipment and furniture. The host was welcoming and available even while I was checking in at midnight, very rare but super positive. Thank you.
