Absolutely beautiful place and so peaceful. Stayed 2 weeks with family and had a great time. Great host, kind and helpful, great communication and went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. Very good neighborhood, little local mall 5 mins away has groceries, coffee shops and all other necessities and is open until midnight. Excellent choice of stay and highly recommended!

Anushthan villa is a great place for any and every celebration. We recently celebrated our friends 40th at the villa and it was nothing less than perfect. The venue, the help, the space, the amenities within the villa and the list goes on. We had a live tandoor and catering done and the place accommodated it all. Huge party hall where we had a game master that made us play games through the evening. Shireesh as a host was very accommodating very approachable and helpful. He was responsive and so easy to talk to. He almost entertained every request that we had and we are grateful for this experience. I have to mention the house caretaker Jamal who made the stay so pleasant. He was ALWAYS available ALWAYS ready to help and his polite demeanour was highly appreciated by one and all. We are glad we chose this villa for our friends special day!

Stan’s villa was phenomenal. We stayed for a week over new year with some family (4 kids in total) and had a magical time. The bedrooms are all en suite, the living areas are wonderful for everyone to ‘hang out’ in, and we loved the bbq, pool and garden (the small kids also really enjoyed the play room!). It was a very special and luxurious stay. The location is fantastic - it felt like the whole of Dubai was accessible within 20-30 minutes, and neighbourhood itself was delightfully quiet. We highly recommend this place!

First of all thanks to Mr. Mohammed for adjusting the dates. He is very kind and co-operative. The villa was clean and fully equipped. It can accommodate 10 people easily. The best part is the sea back waters in the back yard with a kayak. There is a small swimming pool available in the back yard. The place is very safe and secured.

The townhouse was exactly as described. Everything was tidy and clean. The Dweller team was always available and responsive. I would recommend Dweller and the Villa in Arabian Ranches III

My stay at this 3-bedroom townhouse was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout made it ideal for relaxation, and the neighborhood was peaceful yet conveniently located. The hosts were responsive during my stay. Absolutely brilliant villa. Modern clean cosy beautiful bedrooms. Loved the furniture no expense spared. Great air con. Big garden with nice furniture. This villa has everything you need. Pool is modern clean and within 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and shops also 5-10 minutes walk. The host is amazing and very helpful and responsive. Missing hair dryer so they bought a brand new one and had it delivered. For the first time ever I left some belongings. As I had moved to my next location in Dubai they had them delivered to me which was over half hour away. If I visited again I would hire a car to get about. Well worth a visit. Thankyou

Place was beautiful. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach or watch the sunrise from the patio. Host was helpful and quick to respond. Have already sent this place to friends, highly recommend. Only thing to think about would be to bring big trash bags, soap and a spatula if you plan on cooking ha. Overall great experience!
