Very quick communication, usually within 5/10 mins I received a response. Pool open long hours and same with the gym. Security in the building very nice and helpful. Place was clean. As I was checking out I bumped into the cleaners as well which was nice and shows they are committed to their job. The place even had spare shampoos, body washes etc which was a nice touch. Would stay again

Before to checkin in apartment i was little worried that how it will go everything But big thanks for Mr. Fahad who make my stay in apartment very easy and very comfortable Mr. Fahad always reply me quickly and with detailed and true information about apartment and once i checkin after Mr. Fahad’s team man Mr. Mathew helped me for everything about apartment , but i didn’t face any problem regarding apartment, everything was perfect and everything was available in apartment and specially the location of Apartment is super good , just walking distance of the most beautiful beach in Dubai , which is called Jbr beach and also walking distance of Marina lake So you don’t need to take taxi for at least Jbr beach and Marina which is both important tourist places in Dubai I recommend 100% to go with eyes close for stay in Mr. Fahad’s apartment and you will never regret and your payment will worth it Mr. Fahad and Mr. Mathew both are super kind and very helpful person

I booked this apartment for my Grandparents and they loved it !!! I had the chance to see it myself—and it was great! The apartment is very new, super clean, and the view is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect with everything you need nearby—very convenient. Ai Mee was fantastic! She responded quickly and was always available whenever we had questions. Truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed staying here. Felt right at home and extremely welcome. Beautiful views from the balcony - I spent most of my time outside appreciating it. There’s a gym and pool area free to use which I also really enjoyed. Very friendly residents that live in the building too, extremely safe feeling - I could easily live here. Amazing place, extremely helpful and responsive host, STRONGLY recommend to anyone looking to stay. This has been one of the best trips of my life. Thank you!

We stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful apartment. The property is managed with very high standards and is no less than 5 star standards. The property is located right infront of the water body which offered us the amazing view of the sea and yatchs and the glitzy marina skyline. There are many restaurants/supermarkets at walking distance which makes it super convenient. You get all possible cuisines at your disposal. The appartment is very spacious unlike other properties in marina which are listed on Air Bnb. To top it all, it is close to metro station and is very much walkable. We would wait to come to this again and highly recommend this property if you wish to stay in Marina even for a night for a romantic stay or with kids.

The property was lovely, great location and view, the host was super responsive. I would definitely book another stay in this apartment. Some minor things need addressing for example sick in the bathroom was blocked so water took a while to drain, the curtains had come off the track and small damp patch in one of the bathrooms but like I said minor and does not take away from the lovely apartment and I would definitely return. Thank you

Super nice place! It's luxurious and has a very elegant feel. The apartment has a great vibe with subtle Tulum style touches, and the view of the canal is incredibly calming, I could sit on the balcony for hours every night watching the boats go by. The location in the middle of Marina is perfect, very central and also close to the beaches, yet it’s on the more quiet side which is great. Inside the apartment and on the balcony, there's almost no noise, just the relaxing sound of water from the canal. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful and spacious apartment just like the photos! Amazing views of the marina and looking over the pool. Close to JBR and a good location to be in. Host met us and explained all amenities and they were easily contactable 24/7. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, completely fits in to the 5 star Dubai lifestyle. Great location, on the beach and not far from the tram. Dubai literally has everything you can think of. We checked in late at night and they sent Rolando to greet us. He took us up to the apartment and ran us through everything, Thank you. Thank you to the team for being very quick to respond with any questions I had and being very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best in JVC, Dubai! ❤️ I like this property so much. It's clean, has a top-notch interior design, complete kitchen equipment, and even salt and pepper is provided. It’s quiet, the neighbours are respectful, and the security and staff are friendly. The amenities include a perfect steam and sauna for men and a gym. Plus, the swimming pool is beautiful. Amazing apartment, very peaceful location right on the beach front. The apartment made me feel very at home, would have loved to stay longer. It was quite tricky to invite guests over, so just a heads up to anyone who is hoping to invite a friend over that it's not very straight forward with the security.
