Great and practical studio with terrace. The studio was clean, the bed and sofa comfortable. The ahs view from the 19th floor was incredibly great and JLT is a great neighborhood anyway, you can get anywhere so quickly! I would rent this studio again any time!

This apartment is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There are great pools, and kid’s playgrounds in the compound as well. It is very easy to grab a cab to go to city with a short ride as well. Rasim is very kind, and helpful, and he responds very quick. I really recommend this place for who wants to travel, or relocate in Abu Dhabi.

Great place and everything described was provided. Schahin and the team were very responsive and helpful. The place was close to everything we needed. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants while still been peaceful and quite.

Filippo is the best host whom I had contact,everything was perfect. People who are rent apartment in Dubai should learn from Flilippo how to be professional,nice host.(in Dubai is not common) Apartment was super clean, equipped with everything necessary and even better. A big plus is having a parking lot in the building. Very nice building, good swimming pool, Good access to the highway, bus stops nearby, 2 large shops. Communication with Filippo perfect. I recommend from all my heart

My experience at Edgar’s place was amazing! The place made me feel at home right away. really appreciated the quick and detailed response whenever I communicated. He was super helpful whenever I had a few problems and was solved right away. The location was perfect for the purpose of my stay as well. The convenience of the location to the station, supermarkets, restaurants and the marina was great. The pool and gym was also very nice. There are so many positive things I could say but I really loved the place and highly recommend it!!!! Thank you Edgar and Maryam for making my stay an awesome stay!!!!!!! I would definitely want to come back and stay again!!!!

I had an extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful residential community. The private beach, private gym, and grocery store in the parking lot were all very convenient. The flat was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Sarbjeet Singh, the guest service team member, was very pleasant and always available to solve minor issues. I highly recommend staying here.

Alaa is an awesome host! He is very responsive and friendly. He did put effort on managing the house to which comes with smart home systems too. If you are looking for a place where close to downtown city at a reasonable price, this is one of the best option. Take note: driving is essential for travel.

What an amazing penthouse. The place was spacious, the views spectacular. The facilities were amazing, plentiful supplies of basic amenities like water, coffee etc. The host is very quick to reply to any questions. There were some issues with checking in but overall an amazing place Id reccomend to stay. 10/10. If ever back to Dubai would come back.

The apartment is clean and well equiped like at home. It has an exceptional view to the Dubai Canal.

Loved the location!! Close to everything. Absolutely loved the keypad entry and not having to carry around keys.

Great Apartment - very spacious! We stayed for 9 days in February with a baby (free cot provided) and a 2-year old. Bedroom was big enough to fit 2x cots either side of bed. Also a sofa bed in the lounge. Location is perfect - right next to beach, plus on the plaza level there is a playpark and a swimming pool, a 24h supermarket, and a pharmacy. Also very easy to walk to the Marina which has playparks under the bridges. Would highly recommend!
