We spent four nights in this apartment, from February 23 to 27, 2025. The apartment is absolutely spectacular—it’s very pleasant (with parquet flooring instead of tiles), and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The balcony is very spacious, making it perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner. The bed mattresses are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen even includes a coffee machine. The apartment is located in the most stunning part of the Dubai Marina area. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The owner provided us with two keys and two access cards for the building. Additionally, the apartment has a dedicated parking space with its own access card. As a bonus, there is a store on the ground floor of the building that sells alcoholic beverages. 🙂 A five star property!

I had an amazing stay at this fabulous apartment! It’s brand new, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The parking is extremely convenient, and the check-in process was seamless, making everything hassle-free from the start. What truly sets this experience apart is Rami, the host. He is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered—helpful, responsive, and always available when needed. His attentiveness made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

The place was in a great area, near to JBR Blue waters, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. 10 min by taxi to these fantastic locations . Bus station is 3 min walkable and metro station is 18 min walk. Location is top notch and fabulous. Mohammad’s team is very responsive like Kathy, Pinky and Sunny all very helpful. I had a bit of an issue while checking in because the security didn’t come in time and I had to wait for 30 min outside the apartment to open the door else everything was great, Infact, Sunny and Pinky came all the way in the night after I checked in to explain how everything in the home works. Loved the area, home, all amenities. It has everything you need to live comfortably in Dubai. Very well thought out by the team. Would love to stay again anytime. Thank you guys!

really amazing views of endless arabian sea and the apartment is well equipped with all electronics and so classy artistic furniture, beautiful place in marina , every one should stay here atleast for two nights.

We stayed here for a month! It was perfect for what we needed. Very easy to communicate with Faisal and issues were resolved promptly! Great pool and gym available for use!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults – it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. This was by far one of the best Airbnb hosting experiences I’ve ever had! The house was absolutely amazing—surrounded by nature, peaceful, yet still offering all the modern comforts of Dubai. It truly felt like we were both in Dubai and in a completely different, nature-filled retreat at the same time. The house is fully eco-friendly, powered by a solar system, and designed for sustainable living. It was comfortable, spotless, and equipped with great technology. We traveled from Turkey and had a truly wonderful stay. The community is spacious, full of greenery, and offers fresh air—a perfect place for families and children. There were golf carts, donkeys, and various animals, creating a unique, nature-filled atmosphere. Waking up to such a lush and serene view was a delight. I highly recommend this place! Staying here was a rare and special experience in Dubai.

This was one of the most outstanding airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and an incredible view from the flat. The flat itself is warm,tastefully decorated, with cozy beds and a great kitchen space. Amine was kind, responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Thank you very much for this great place, the location is just amazing as it is inside the famous Anantara resort. The lagoon pool is right outside the building, the kids club is next door, the beach and the bigger pools as well. We asked for cleaning room service which was arranged and managed by our host. We had access to room service from the hotel for food if we wanted to. There are all the amenities you need for children (some toys, pushchairs, baby chair, baby bed…) . We took the NamJai subscription during our stay which we highly recommend as you have plenty of discounts on restaurants / food / drinks that made it totally worth it. The mall of the palm is 15 min away by car where you can find plenty to do. The Atlantis waterpark is 7 min away by car and totally worth it. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back. Thank you again to the host that were very helpful and always available for any questions or requests.

Beautiful apartment in a modern building, with parking, a large terrace looking at Dubai Marina in the distance. Xavia is a great host, always helpful and always responding to any message, and the team they work with are super hospitable! Xavia arranged a late check in for us and we had absolutely no problem arriving at the apartment and we were accommodated within 5-10 minutes of arrival. Location is about 20 minutes from most places one wants to visit in Dubai, of course depending on the traffic. Supermarkets at a walking distance that are open 24/7, which is very practical. The pool is quaint and clean. Overall, super happy with the accommodation and would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. It is centrally located on the palm tree, various swimming opportunities and five minutes walk from a mall. We would definitely return!

Do not underestimate this apartments location. It’s excellent!! Beach and Pool steps away. It also has its own courtyard garden with a lovely place to sit in the evening or morning. You what shops? Just over the road you have a mall which is walkable. Highly recommend, will be staying here again.

The stay was perfect in every way! Upon arrival I found a very welcome with water, juice and fresh fruit, a detail that I really appreciated. The apartment was very clean and equipped with every comfort, with high quality sheets and pillows that made the rest even more pleasant.
