Cabin vacation rentals in York County

Cannot say enough good things about the pondview cabin & Christian as a host. Even though we booked same day, Christian still had the property ready for an early check in, left us a hand written note and cute decorations (honeymoon) and was beyond responsive and easy to communicate with. He even preheated/preset the sauna in preparation for our arrival. All instructions were very clear, and the property was beautifully maintained. The king sized bed was SO comfortable too. This was truly a luxurious experience. Would LOVE to return one day. Thank you SOOO much!! Kate & Cam

The place was very cozy. Loved the deck, the hot tub and the porch swings down the hill. Nice private acres for a short walk. The game room kept the kids well occupied! Beds were a little soft for our liking and the house is small, but for a short get away it was lovely.

Deborah is the perfect host . She is very responsive, proactive in her messaging and makes you feel right at home before you are even at her amazing cabin. This is the second time I have stayed here and it is incredible! Their property is so peaceful and beautiful. The cabin is spotless, dust free & the furnishings and rustic decorations are perfect. Check-in is very easy/self check-in. There are easy to understand and helpful directions and places to go, see and restaurants in the area are in a book. Everything about the experience of staying here and Deborah as your host is top-notch. Highly highly recommended.

Perfect getaway if you’re looking for somewhere nice and peaceful.

House was very clean and well stocked. Our only issue was third bedroom was a loft, which was a challenge for us to get to. Mark was very responsive to our questions and responded quickly.

Jillian was a great host. Very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay!

Really nice cabin, great location, everything was super clean and well organized! The hosts were very responsive, the cabin had everything we needed from cooking appliances to toiletries. Overall super cozy (especially the living room equipped with a projector) and we definitely hope to come back!

The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. I stayed with my two children and we felt at home right away. The owner was able to accommodate an early check in and then also allowed us to extend our stay an extra day, both of which were much appreciated. There were a few minor inconveniences as to be expected with any property- we could not find any hand towels for the bathroom, so we had to use a wash cloth as a hand towel. The mini-split heating/a/c was a bit finicky. It would work for a little while then stop and we’d have to cycle through the settings to get it to kick back on. The property was clean, organized, and had all the basic necessities. The sunsets in the backyard were beautiful and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We’d visit again!

Host’s were extremely friendly and accommodating. You have your own private dock to fish from or swim. Kayaks were available and such a treat on the beautiful pond. Close proximity to Portland made for a nice night out. Will book again.

The house was very clean and decorated very well. You could tell a lot of time and effort went into the care of this house. There is plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. We loved our stay!!!!

This was our 5th stay at the Ireland Cabin. It is an amazing home with beautiful scenery. They have thought of everything to make your stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The cabin is always immaculate and there are plenty of beds for our group. Everything is so well maintained and comfortable. There is tons of seating for everyone! West Pond has prestine water for floating, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. This area is so peaceful and beautiful. We look forward to it so much every year. A++++

Had a 9 day stay with friends in the cabin. It was perfect for a relaxing quiet break. The walk through the woods behind the cabin was beautiful and well worth a look. The cabin was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We felt very at home there. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating to a few last minute requests. Would recommend.

Perfectly clean and comfortable. I over prepared myself with amenities that were all graciously offered by the hosts. The cabin has supplies for coffee, cooking, wood burning stove, etc… it was exactly what I needed for my long weekend. Will definitely be back!

We had a truly wonderful and relaxing time at Eva’s lovingly designed home. The house is an absolute dream – all wood, full of natural light thanks to the many windows, with a cozy fireplace, beautifully decorated rooms, a fantastic screened porch, and a kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kayaks and many thoughtful touches made our stay extra special. We already miss the peace, the calm, and the unique charm of this place. We’ll definitely be coming back and can recommend this home with all our hearts.
