The apartment is a studio on the 4th floor. In the bedroom, in addition to the double bed, there is a comfortable double sofa (not a bed), a wall mirror, a large TV and a coffee table. The kitchen has modern cabinets, a table and all the necessary appliances. In the bathroom there is a small bathtub, a washing machine and the necessary accessories. The studio is very close to the beaches of Sykies, Papathanasiou and Kourenti and the stop for the University (Former Technological Educational Institute).

A spacious balcony with a glass railing offers a view of the waterfront and boats in the harbor. A small wooden table is set with two glasses of orange juice. The landscape features distant hills and nearby buildings along the shore.

The historic fortress of Karababa, the pedestrian seafront with the restaurants and the cafeterias as well as the central pedestrian zone with the shops are also within walking distance.
