Ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 4 άτομα (ιδανικό για οικογένεια έως δύο παιδιά). Υπάρχει υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και ένας καναπές που ανοίγει και γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στην κουζίνα υπάρχει εξοπλισμός για ετοιμασία φαγητού με μικροσυσκευές. Θέα σε πάρκο και θάλασσα.

Fantastic and cosy 1 bedroom flat/studio in the heart of Chalkida in Evia Island. The apartment (2nd floor Lift Access), it's in a great location on the main yacht harbour of Evripos. The flat is ideally located seconds away from the nicest restaurants, bars, coffee places, banks, stores and supermarkets. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift.
