We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. It is quiet. The apartment is bright and friendly. We felt right at home We also particularly liked the flexible check-in and out - everything totally uncomplicated. There was also an event tip that we noticed and were thrilled with. If we are back in the area, we will be happy to come back.

Very specious, clean and well lit, comfortable, central and chick flat. Florian and Sebastian were very friendly and everything worked perfectly for my family. Would definitely recommend it :). PD. Consider the fact that you have to go up two flights of stairs.

The stay at Friedhelm's was great from start to finish! I spent 4.5 months with Friedhelm. Everything was as described and I felt very comfortable. If I had any questions, Friedhelm was always available and otherwise I had the top floor of the house to myself. The apartment was very nice, bus connection, parking available, but also a bicycle was provided to me. I can only recommend it and you can look forward to a great host!

We were allowed to stay in a beautiful apartment that was equipped with everything you need! Everything was very clean and the beds super comfortable. Unfortunately, only the Wi-Fi was not so good. We wanted to work from home in the accommodation, which was unfortunately hardly possible.

We really enjoyed the short break in the apartment. The apartment is nice and it had everything necessary and was super clean. The views are great and the weather also played along! The city center of Bodenwerder and the Weserpromenade are within walking distance. The Weser circular trail practically starts at the apartment. Everything's great!

Such a lovingly, detailed and beautifully furnished apartment or house on a large garden plot. 10 min walk to the sea. There is a promenade on the north shore. We were very satisfied!! Thank you

We stayed with our children (3 and 7) for a short vacation with Christoph and Franzi. You immediately felt at home. The characteristic half-timbered house has been lovingly renovated and modernized with attention to the details. There were plenty of play opportunities for the children outside as well as indoors, so variety is provided. Communication was straightforward, lightning fast, and accommodating. Vacation as a couple, two adults, father and son. From booking to check-out, well looked after by the landlords. We highly recommend the hosts and the home. The DH half was equipped with all the essentials. Small welcome touches (1 bottle of water, 1 bottle of wine, capsules for the coffee maker, etc.). We will be happy to come back. My son and I were allowed to spend a night in Igor's apartment. The apartment was very clean and was well equipped. There were plenty of parking options available and we received all the necessary information right after booking. Everything was great!

We loved the place - great walking trails, lots of clean playgrounds in the area and a large quiet garden (also dog-proof fenced for small dogs). Plenty of space and everything you need! Wanted to book again directly, but unfortunately the accommodation is rightly fully booked :)

A very nice, clean, maintained and spacious accommodation. Access was easy. The property is centrally located in Steinhuder and walking distance to the sea with nice restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. Supermarkets and a bakery are a 5-minute walk away. Communication was friendly and it was quick to respond to messages by the owner. We will be happy to come back!

Lisa is a very warm and great host and always great to reach. We also got a sweet Easter greeting in front of the door. The apartment is quite enchanting and idyllic. It is very clean and modern and lovingly furnished. We felt right at home and would happily come back. A great vacation all around. We say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We felt very comfortable. We were able to use the oven for a discount of €5 for the wood, which was completely ok for us. Hand soap in the bathroom was the only point I would have to complain about :) Since shower kit and shampoo were available, that wasn't too bad either. The shutters were also great to be able to sleep longer :)

We felt at home right from the beginning and there is nothing missing in the apartment. There are lots of information about things to do in the region. When the weather is nice, Dr Garden offers relaxation with push-ups. We will be back!

We stayed at the property for three days and felt very much at home. Jutta received us in a very friendly way and showed us everything. The apartment was very well equipped. For our 1.5-year-old daughter, extra toys, a high chair and a travel cot were also provided.

In the apartment we felt right at home. The apartment is completely homely and very quiet. There is everything you need. Great was the large bathroom. We will be happy to come back.
