We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and we pretty much had everything we needed for the week. Emily was always very good about communicating. The outdoor showers were a favorite. The kids loved the pool and the deck was the perfect place to relax. The screened in porch made the perfect spot for breakfast/coffee. So many beach toys available and the bunk house is super cute. Beds are very comfortable. Only downside was the lighting isn’t great but that wasn’t really a problem for us.

Beautiful house, in front of the pool, feels like your at home. You have everything for your stay. Perfect for my guests.Very clean & spacious . We have some much fun.

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

The home itself was outstanding. There were some issues with pool and hot tub but they were due to issues not in control of the hosts. What really stood out was how quickly and efficiently the hosts responded to address. The issues were not their fault and they went above and beyond and I will definitely stay again next time I make my way down! Super hosts that are above and beyond fair, communicative, and flexible!

We loved the area that the house was in. Walkable to the beach and within a short walk or bike to a few restaurants and coffee spots. The pool was also perfect! Just make sure you always remember to press and hold the door alarm override when accessing the pool from the guest room - the alarm is extremely loud which is great if you have little ones but not so great if you, as an adult, forget to hold the button long enough :) We would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay with our dogs! The fenced in yard is great. Our dogs loved it! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and it was close to the beach. About a 10+ minute drive just depending on traffic.

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

We had a fantastic week! Kids loved the pool, ping pong, and cornhole! We had everything we needed and Matthew was fast to respond to any questions. We had a lot of fun taking golf cart on drives around town as well. Highly recommend this place!

Aimee’s bungalow could not have been more perfect for a relaxing couples getaway for my husband and myself and our two best friends! Location was so nice, close to the beach and easily accessible to Alys/Rosemary! We got ample usage from provided bikes, beach towels and chairs, and we are very grateful for those provisions! The house is decorated perfectly and felt cozy and chic. We spent a lot of time in the dreamy backyard oasis, it was all divine. Thank you, Aimee!

Wonderful Stay at Miramar Beach! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb in Miramar Beach, FL! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area and the well-equipped kitchen. I can’t speak highly enough of this house and the hosts. The pictures are what you get, and it’s beautiful. Fully equipped with what you need, clean and so much space. Plenty of amenities. Personally I liked staying a little out of Seaside, but still close enough to walk to the main center. The beach across the street is amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Clean and conveniently located with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed having our own pool as well as having access to the large resort-like community pool. Only 2mins from beach in the included golf cart.

My family loved staying here! The home has EVERYTHING one could need. You really only need to bring your clothes, groceries, and self! It is truly a home away from home. The screened in porch was my favorite part. The king beds are very comfortable (supportive but not hard). The smaller bed seems to be on the firm side (we didn't use it but I would recommend an egg crate topper if you like more cushion). The price is great but the little details are what truly set this place apart from the others. All bedrooms have lamps, portable fans, and TVs. The kitchen has any dish you could need plus lots of extras like spices, dog bowls, etc. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. A huge thanks to Nancy for being such a fantastic host!

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

We've been vacationing along 30A almost two decades, and this our favorite home and location to date. Easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, super quick golf cart trip to Cowgirl Kitchen, gorgeous home, and a private pool. It smells and looks brand new. :)
