We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Everything was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described (if not better). The house had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, but the highlight for us was definitely the pool — absolutely perfect for lounging and spending quality time together. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again! The home was about 10 mins from Ookalosa Island and about 25 from Destin Beaches, we had a publix and Walmart within 10 mins of the home which was so convenient for all our last minute needs (always some last minute needs with kiddos)

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

This was our first family vacation that all of our children were able to go on in a past few years. The house and location were wonderful. I was hesitant cause we normally stay in a different area while in Destin. But this house was perfect for all of us. Close to anything and everything you could want. But yet the peacefulness that we all wanted. The pool and fenced in back yard were perfect for all of us and our 2 small dogs. Definitely was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vacation for all of us.

Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and neighborhood is beautiful! Walking to the beach in the morning felt safe and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was nice and quiet, but still close to restaurants, shops, and other activities. It felt like a peaceful getaway without being too far from anything. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the short walk to the ocean was a big bonus. The home was very family-friendly and dog-friendly, which made things easy for us. Highly recommend this stay for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway with easy access to everything you need.

This AirBnB was very clean and had a large number of beds, perfect for a bachelorette weekend. The pool is beautiful and clean, and we were very comfy on all the furniture, both indoor and outdoor. It would be nice to have salt and pepper and other things such as aluminum foil provided in the kitchen, but I found that all pots and pans were there that we needed for cooking. I would recommend this for large groups, I felt right at home!

Natalie came in clutch when we had a reservation fall thru last minute elsewhere. She was extremely responsive and willing to help. The facility is top notch as described, easily accessible and easy to find. It couldn't have been any better. Thank you for the great experience. We recommend 5 stars!

The house was more than just an AIR BNB, it was a Home! Gary and Tiffany provided a very clean and pristine home. They also provided amenities. The location of the home is close to the Harbor, Crab Island dock, Supermarkets, restaurants and more! the neighborhood was very comforting and welcoming. The home is perfect for couples, friends or family friendly get-away. I definitely recommend and will be booking with them in the near future!

The place was so nice and clean!!! Literally in the middle of everything… my favorite was the back deck it was so nice… My husband love the game he literally played it everyday… John sent a message with everything we needed to know and there was no problem… will book again when we return to Florida… Thanks John for everything!!!

We enjoyed our stay here! It’s close to great restaurants and only 10 minutes from the beach! We brought our 15 month old and the place was perfect for her (pack n play provided, fenced in backyard with grass, toys and books, etc.). We would definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive and friendly!

We loved staying at this little cottage! It’s a great location and very peaceful. It’s beautifully decorated! It was clean and the beds were so comfy! We will definitely stay again on an upcoming visit!

This place was perfect for our little family adventure. We brought along our son and in-laws. The area was very close to the beach, great dining, and shopping for necessities and luxuries. The house itself was amazing. The furnishings of the bedrooms and upstairs area made us feel right at home.

Absolutely stunning place! Half of us were in the pool, the other half on the dock fishing. Lay out on the bottom deck and stare off over the water. Basically have a mini suite Master downstairs, which was nice! Felt like we had our own private oasis. 15 minutes from beautiful Navarre beach and pier, if you are wanting to have a beach day. My favorite days were the ones we stayed at the house all day! Would definitely book this spot again! IT HAD EVERYTHING AND MORE! Jenny is very responsive and kind, top notch!

This home was everything and more! The outdoor oasis was amazing. Plenty of seating, everything you need for the beach. Plenty of floats and things for our grandsons to enjoy in the pool. The home is beautiful, has everything imaginable you will need. We cannot wait to book for 2026. The location and everything was perfect so quiet on a corner lit. This place is amazing. Two families comfortably lived here for two weeks of baseball tournaments. Great location to beach, ball fields and restaurants. The host is amazing, proactive and helpful. Amenities were as promised, clean and uncluttered. Went for solo morning runs though beautiful waterfront neighborhoods. Kids played safely in shady fenced in back yard. We loved it so much, we hope to have a reason to stay here again.

Courtney is a very responsive and communicative host, and the house had what we needed. It is a budget-friendly place to stay that had what we needed.

This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Ken’s and it was great! Our neighbors upstairs were quite loud with their kids stomping but that’s not Ken’s fault. Besides that, we do plan to stay again next year but preferably with both units and more family to avoid the loud upstairs. The location is perfect to grocery and shopping stores and the beach is directly across the street. Ken even met us to formerly introduce himself which made us even more comfortable. Overall, we will be back and cannot thank Ken enough for the awesome hospitality, home, amenities, and cleanliness. This place is a gem! Highly recommended :-) plus our daughter loved feeding the turtles in the back yard and the perfect sunset views over the lake. Thank Ken!

Man, I wish I can gate-keep this Airbnb, but I won’t because I want the hosts of this place to get recognized for having such a nice, cozy and well-kept home! We stayed at this Airbnb for nine days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was the best of both worlds! The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials, including coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. After long days out, it was so nice to come back to a cozy, comfortable space where we could unwind. Our host was also great—responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-located place to stay, we highly recommend this one. We would absolutely stay here again!
