Outstanding host, very responsive ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Cute neighborhood with beautiful pool and attentive HOA staff. We loved walking to the beach everyday and the sturdy wagon was a game changer for hauling our gear and everything we could possibly want with us to spend the day on the beautiful white sandy beach. Christina’s house had everything we needed and was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The Welcome Guide (app) was a go to with all the information at our fingertips. We enjoyed our extended stay in Christina’s home and made great memories with family who visited us. Thank you for being an amazing host and sharing your home with us!

We stayed here as a group of 7 girls and had a great weekend! Everyone kept complimenting the place and how nice it was, especially the backyard/pool. Great location, very walkable to the beach. As a bonus, the host was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed!

Excellent Airbnb if you want to go to Destin, FL. You have a beach nearby, as well as several restaurants and shops that are just as close. The house is absolutely beautiful, not to mention how comfortable it is. My group was large (20 people between adults and children) and we had no problem with that, we were really comfortable. The entire house is just like the photos, the pool area is spectacular, not to mention that it had heating, so during our stay we were able to enjoy it without the problem of the low temperatures in the area during those days. Highly recommended and I hope to return.

We are always grateful to find a place that will allow us to bring our dog when we travel. It makes our stay feel more at ease and complete. This place had spacious living areas and a great yard for our pup. We felt comfortable and at home.

Bill was a great host, highly communicative and attentive to our needs, especially as potential weather issues were looming, he went above and beyond to communicate with us to make sure nothing went to chance! The place was in a great location nearby a beautiful beach, well maintained and was perfect to accommodating to our traveling party’s needs throughout our stay. Will be sure to visit and stay again.

Great place, we had 6 adults and 6 kids, plenty of room with duel thermostats for the second and third floor.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We loved the large rooms and the comfortable living area. The outdoor space was wonderful with lots of seating, and the pool was the perfect size. We did not need the heater. Note: we had a large group, so we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. (Only 1 roll provided per bathroom.) Also- bring salt and pepper if you plan to eat in. Overall this was a great place to spend a week. Our whole group loved the accommodations.

The condo was perfect. It had up to date applicances and the beautifully decorated. We stayed with our 4 kids and they loved the pool and the beach area right in the back. There were double red flags on the beach most of the stay so being able to get in the bay was great. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Destin, FL! The location was unbeatable just a short walk to the beach with private beach access that truly felt like a luxury. The home itself was the perfect blend of spacious and cozy, giving us plenty of room to relax while still feeling warm and welcoming. We also loved how close we were to some amazing restaurants, which made dining out super convenient. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

The place was very nice! Very well maintained and the location is amazing, just a 5 min walk to the beach, food places and other things. The hosts were very responsive.

Great place to stay

This home was perfect for myself and 4 kiddos. Even though not beach front, it was right around the corner from beach access. The golf cart stole the show- the kids loved it and it had speakers for music which made cruising around that more fun. We never even got in our vehicle except to drive to shopping and going to the Harbor. All the bedrooms are great sizes and the backyard was a VIBE! We paid extra for the pool to be heated for the cooler nights and since the ocean was still pretty chilly. And it was soooo warm! Chris was very responsive with questions and allowed an early check-in as we arrived an hour early. Very safe neighborhood and plenty of places to sit outside on decks or by the pool. We felt right at home!

A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

We went down to Florida for my grandpa’s 90th birthday and this place was perfect for our big family! We will most definitely be back!

The house and location was amazing! There were 10 of us, and it fit all of us perfectly! It was in an awesome location, really close to the beach, and we enjoyed the privacy of the house and the neighborhood. Michael was very communicative and helpful with any questions that we had during our stay! Awesome week!

We were in town for work and this place was just the right spot to feel at home. The host was very attentive and took care of everything we need. Will definitely stay here again if I am ever in town again.

Our stay was incredible! The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had plenty of space. The screened in porch and backyard/patio area were awesome, especially in the morning and after getting back from the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and provided awesome recommendations. The house is in the back of a neighborhood, so it’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach but they do have an option to rent a golf cart! It’s also about a 20 minute drive to the main area of Destin but there are plenty of places to eat, shop, and explore near by! I highly recommend this rental!

The house was beautifully done and very welcoming. It was a close walk to the beach, and all necessities were provided. I (and our dog) loved the upstairs balcony as well. We all had a great time and look forward to staying again.

I felt at home in Ronald's house, everything is very cozy, the house has 2 livingrooms, a large laundry, patio, a very cozy porch, the beds are comfortable, everything is very clean, close to everything, it is in a super good location, despite Being close to all the entertainment, you arrive in the neighborhood and it is like arriving at your house. It is a very quiet and clean urbanization, I feel very safe and relaxed. 10/10
