Excellent stay and Emma was ever so kind to reply promptly at every query. The only downside is the window cleaner being programmed early in the morning while still being at the property. We were in fact disturbed.

Great base for exploring Oxford, could either catch the bus up the road or a couple minutes drive to park and ride. Charlotte was prompt at replying to messages to find her location/setting. Nice little touch with bread and milk, which we did use.

The Den is a hidden gem, we had a wonderful, relaxed overnight stay. The property was exactly as described and a perfect location for our night away. Ali was super friendly and flexible, particularly with check-in. We thoroughly appreciated the welcome treats and the breakfast hamper. Highly recommended and we would absolutely stay here again. Give it a whirl, you won't be disappointed!

Had a perfect start in Jane’s loft, for a family of 3 and a French bulldog felt very comfortable. The drive to Oxford made it perfect for our short break. Jane was an amazing host, very responsive and attentive.
