Mudeford garden studio with bathroom and kitchen , own parking space and garden area. A new Kingsize bed and high standard of decoration. Ideally placed for access to Avon Beach and the harbour in Mudeford, or to Mudeford Spit beach and Hengistbury Head. Also across Stanpit Marsh SSSI and Nature reserve (2 minutes) or into the historic Priory town of Christchurch: 5 minutes by car or 15 minute walk. The New Forest (Lymington, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst) is close by. Bournemouth too.

Self contained annexe in New Forest

The annexe has all you need for basic self catering with a comfortable double bedroom. A third person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the kitchen/dining room. We're centrally located in the village, close to three pubs serving excellent food and shops selling all the basic necessities. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided for your arrival. Our village bakery offers lovely fresh bread and the well-stocked co-op is open until 10pm most days.

Coral Cottage (Forest and Sea)

Coral Cottage sleeps four guests in two bedrooms (twin and double) and is a delightful self-catering holiday cottage situated in Winkton, a small village in Dorset perfectly placed close to both the New Forest and the Dorset coastline with the lovely sandy beaches of Christchurch and Mudeford nearby.

The Annex

The Annex is adjoining our main house, you have your own entrance and parking space. There is a fully equipped Kitchen and open plan sitting room downstairs, upstairs there is an en-suite bedroom. The Annex is spacious and bright and has a very relaxed feel.
