Sylishly decorated and comfortable, with a small kitchenette; en-suite bathroom complete with modern shower and a woodburner for those cooler evenings. In the summer of 2019 we installed a brand new shepherd’s hut in our large garden. The hut, built by a local company, is sat in an open space away from our own house, and has a great view down the garden. It is fully equipped with: Double bed TV Underfloor heating Bose bluetooth speaker Free WiFi Toilet and shower room with shampoo and shower gel Microwave Single hob Toaster & kettle Iron and ironing board Coffee & tea Breakfast cereals, our own free range eggs, bread, butter, jams and juices

Delightful shepherds hut in rural location

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic shepherds hut in a vast garden in the village of Hilperton, 30 min drive from Bath & 15 min drive to Bradford on Avon. The hut sleeps 4, a Kingsize below and double on top but preferably only 2 children or 1 small adult on the top bunk. Extra child mattress & sleeping bag under the bed. There is a 5 min walk across a field to the Kennet and Avon canal with beautiful walks in either direction. The hut is situated in a private spot in our family garden.

The Shepherd Hut sits at the back of our smallholding and is surrounded by tree lined grazing land. A footpath nearby takes you one way to the village of Ashton Keynes a walkable distance to the local pub and in the other direction through the trees to some of the many lakes in the Cotswold Water Park. The Hut sleeps two and has an inside composting, toilet. There is a cooking and seating area with an outside shower. Solar panels power lighting, fridge and a phone charging point.( 12volt only)
