Flat was amazing and even with scaffolding view is nice shame about closed balcony but will be back soon once building is complete

Great place, Zoe very comminciative. Only tiny thing that would make it easier, which is about habitat escapes, not the property, is better signage / maps would make the intital check in and finding of house a bit easier, but I am tooigraphically challenegd, so it might just be me. Otherwise ten out of ten for what Zoe offers. Thank you.

Lovely clean place on a lovely site. There was a thoughtful little hamper of some food and milk and a treat box for our dog when we arrived which was a nice touch! Wish we had stayed longer, the pool and cafe were great! The terrace was massive with lots of chairs on and we’d love to come in the warmer months!

The apartment was even better in reality than in the photos - lovely decor and comfortable beds/sofas. As we had lovely weather for our weekend stay , we sat outside on the rooftop terrace relaxing at every opportunity, listening to birdsong and lake-watching the wildlife. We hadn’t appreciated the amount of activities on offer at Lower Mill Estate but used the outdoor heated pool, recliners and sauna before we checked in - it really started our weekend in relaxing mood. We went to Ballihoo restaurant during our visit and this was a great family restaurant, very casual with good food - a few minutes walk from the accommodation. We did some Cotswolds sightseeing on the Saturday and it was lovely to know our penthouse and sundeck was waiting when we returned in the afternoon. Jane recommended a local restaurant for the Saturday evening and we weren’t disappointed- the food was absolutely delicious and it made the weekend perfect. Jane & Nico - thank you for everything:-)

What a wonderful lovely little gem. My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Harry’s place. We loved the nature reserve, onsite playground and spa facilities. My children loved the swimming pool and we will definitely be back. The apartment was clean, tidy and lots of amenities. The property was a little tricky to find in the dark but once we had been out and back in again we had no problems. The signage could do with being brighter or reflective so it is easier to see in the dark. Despite this we loved this place. Great location to other near by villages and towns. Thank you Harry and lower mill estate. ⭐️

Great place to stay, unfortunately we didn't get to use the facilities as we were working during the hours they were open. Will be returning on an actual break away to take it all in properly.

Absolutely beautiful place. Tony and Rosemary provided everything we needed for a long weekend relaxing stay. Their communication was excellent and they were always on hand to answer questions. I loved having a hot tub, which made the value great. The area was very peaceful and private, and in easy driving distance of lots of local attractions. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We knew the house would be amazing from the photos but we were absolutely blown away when we saw it! It is huge (especially the two main bedrooms) and we loved having the extra little lounge for the kids which was stocked with games and books. The outside space is incredible with wrap around decking and a huge bbq. Michelle responded very quickly whenever I sent a message and her instructions for how to find the house were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend the house and will be back next year!

We had a few days away with family and the 2 small Grandchildren. The Grandson loved seeing the birds and water skiing. The Heron was a regular visitor. Wendy was extremely quick helpful in resolving an issue. We loved the location and the house itself and we would book again. A tip would be if you are using the cot, then remember to pack a sheet. I had packed these but its something you might forget.

We had a fantastic stay at Lake Escape, Hoburne. The place is clean with nice decorations and attention to detail. The hosts were very helpful and resolved any issues we had quickly. This was perfect for a family of 4 with small kids. Location was on the farther side to the main complex, a bit of a walk if you have small kids, but as we traveled by car this was not a problem. In general Hoburne is ideal for kids aged 1-8. All of the entertainment is conveniently located within the main complex. Spacious softplay, excellent kids pool, and kids entertainment from morning to evening in the ball room (connected to the restaurant). Not even mentioning the numerous activities available to that region. An ideal holiday for us! Thank you for having us!

This place was spacious, modern, clean, and very well equipped for 5 adults and several babies requiring high chairs and plastic spoons and beakers. Lots of cutlery and crockery too - no washing up before you could sit down to thd next meal, which I've known in other place. There was a huge fridge and a big freezer; the appliances were clean, new and easy to use. Lovely linen and comfy beds. Nicola was speedy in her responses and allowed us an earlier check-in and later check out which was massively helpful we had a lovely stay and would certainly consider returning. Thank you Nicola

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

A beautiful spacious home with stunning views of the lake! This is a great place for families with lots to do and it feels very safe for children. Brilliant cycling tracks and water based activities. We had never stayed in Lower Mill Estate before so didn't know what to expect. A few things I didn't realise beforehand - the swimming pool slot booking process is a bit onerous (having to queue up the day before at 10.30). Note that you are in and amongst other properties even though it is in the countryside, more like being in a village than somewhere completely rural. And lastly the blinds at the property are quite lightweight so bear in mind if you're sensitive to the light! None of this changes the fact that this was a really brilliant stay for grandparents & kids, having a comfortable and large shared space made a huge difference and the house was well equipped.

We stayed in Sarah’s place for 3 nights as 2 couples with 2 toddlers. The place is just as described with lots of space and lovely views of the lake. The estate has lots to activities to do for adults and kids, and we made use out of the soft play, multiple pools, playgrounds, and canoe hire. It’s also about 15 mins from Cirencester. Sarah had great communication, was flexible with check in and check out, and sent us a long list of things to do inside and outside the estate prior to our visit. We would happily stay again!
