Marsha's cottage by the river is a real gem. While we were only there one night, it's the kind of place that deserves a long stay. It's essentially one big living/kitchen/dining/bedroom, with a queen-sized Murphy bed that was very comfortable. Very nicely decorated throughout. It felt very spacious, like an oversized elegant studio apartment. I'd guess it was designed for relatives to visit, because it has that homey feel. Marsha was a great host, very flexible. We'd love to stay there again for a longer time to really appreciate the place.

Absolutely loved The Barn House! It is very cozy and clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. We love the architecture and farm charm decor throughout. We definitely want to stay here again when in the area!

I booked this place for my parents to visit and they couldn’t stop talking about how nice it was and the beautiful location. They were absolutely in love with Clara-Leigh’s place!

With the river steps away from the back patio and lush landscaping in a quiet residential golf community, this studio guesthouse provides a private, relaxing, sanctuary like setting for guests to enjoy. Sliding glass doors, large windows and a thoughtful design give this immaculate studio an airy and spacious feeling. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. along with basics of coffee, tea, cooking oil and a few spices. The bed is comfy, pillows are soft, bathroom towels are luxurious and shower water pressure is great. Hosts Rebecca and Stan were welcoming and gracious, offering us an early check in and access to the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return if we are in the Boise/Eagle area again.

It was prefect ! It will clean & welcoming . And the waffle bar was an added bonus we enjoyed ! Very cute decor through out the apartment. Private.

This was a beautiful air bnb! The photos do not do the place justice! Views for miles at every point of the house. The house was spotless when we arrived! They have a cute breakfast bar with snacks! The bed and bedding were SO comfortable. 100% would stay here again.
