This comfortable one bedroom apartment with kitchenette is only 2 miles from the wonderful Lake of the Woods. A private parking area is large enough to accommodate at least two truck/boat rigs. It has a private entry and a separate living area. We are just west of the city of Warroad and walking distance to a bar and grill. You will love the privacy and location! We do live in the home, so please respect the quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM, or you may be asked to leave.

Great stay if you plan on doing some fishing on LOTW. Close to many resorts and accesses. This was the second time our group stayed here and it did the job perfectly. Did have some issues with communicating through evolve, would rather have direct contact with the owner from the start but otherwise no complaints and a beautiful place.

This was a great location for our friends and family fishing trip. Getting up in the morning to watch the sun come up on the river didn’t suck either. Beautiful!! We all enjoyed our time at the cabin. Great, proactive hosts too!!

Very cute and homey house. Great for 2 couples. Kitchen well stocked with necessary items. Home was very clean. Nice linens on the beds. Served us well since we were in town visiting family. We would stay again if the need arises.

I came without expectations but man this stay was just what I needed. Quiet, peaceful, and truly comfortable. Next time maybe I’ll bring friends to use the pool table, ping-pong, foosball tables, four wheelers and looks like they are still working on some trails too. I finished two books! And even found myself writing a bit too. 10.

My friends and I had an amazing weekend spending time at the cabin and fishing the lake. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and hospitable. The island is easy to access by boat and the log cabin we stayed in wowed us all. We wouldn’t hesitate to return many more times!
