Villa vacation rentals in Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms

We're Wild Dunes veterans, but this was our first time staying in Seagrove. This unit was gorgeous and absolutely perfect in every way. Super close to the tennis center, great pool, easy beach access (despite the renovations of the boardwalks), and overall great amenities. The only negative to the experience was the noise coming from the upstairs neighbors. From toddlers yelling and running in the early morning, to heavy stomping feet late at night, to startling sounds of things hitting the floor at all hours, it was pretty impossible to ignore the fact that we were below a large family. Not a whole lot Deserving Vacations can do about that, considering they can't control the noise of neighbors, but might be worth considering if you're sensitive to sound!

What a great spot, right on the beach and perfect for our family vacation. Would love to come back next year!

We had a wonderful stay here! It was the perfect size for the three of us and had everything we needed! It was in a great location with lots of shops, restaurants and things to do close by! Quick trip to Sullivan's Island for a beach day with the provided beach chairs was a favorite! Would absolutely consider staying again!

We had never been to this area and we can't wait to return. The airbnb was in a prime location. The condo was so beautifully renovated and so clean. It was the perfect layout for us and our 2 small children with the 2 bedrooms and separate bathrooms. We had an amazing time!

Overall, an acceptable property. Location is good in a quiet, desirable neighborhood. Great for walking. Close to restaurants and shopping plus Charleston’s attractions and beaches are easily accessible. Please note the house is a villa (one shares walls with another home). Wish I had been aware of this in advance. Mea culpa but I did not realize “villa” denotes shared walls. Neighbors were very quiet; we rarely heard them plus we made every attempt to be as silent and respectful as possible. An odd feature is one sets foot into a rather cavernous, mostly unfurnished room upon entering via the front door (looks like it was formerly a living room) but for relaxing there is a welcoming, enclosed “Florida” room at the rear of the house. Our visit was during a cold snap in February; it was COLD and drafty sitting in that room! The Master BR was the only warm, toasty room in the house. Kitchen is in good shape with a pretty good supply of kitchen supplies for cooks.

We know SBI very well and have stayed in a bunch of different villas and houses here. This is definitely one of the very best. Four rooms and two living rooms makes it a great place for a big group. The view out to the golf course is so peaceful. The place is super bright and peaceful!!! It had absolutely everything needed.

Our stay was perfect! Easy to get to, a lot of amenities, perfect view, clean, spacious. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a great house in a perfect location on Folly! You can walk anywhere you need to go including the beach and Center Street (with all the restaurants/bars/shops)! The house was super clean and very well furnished! We will definitely look to book again!

Have never been to Seabrook before and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Will definitely choose Amanda’s place again when we return.

My sisters and I just spent a week at Charburgh Yacht Club condo and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and IOP. The gated community of Wild Dunes gave us a safe feeling and the grounds and amenities were lovely and well kept. The condo was light, bright and welcoming with thoughtful addition of shampoo, soap etc and comfy beds. The pond off the deck was a nice, peaceful touch of nature. The easy walk to the beach and quick drive to IOP, Charleston and other sites made our days very enjoyable. We will gladly recommend the condo to friends and family and look forward to returning for another vacation!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect — so close to the beach and the pool, which made it ideal for our family. The townhouse itself was awesome and had everything we could possibly need for our week-long stay. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Communication with the owner was fantastic — very responsive and helpful throughout. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back for another visit!

This was a nice place to stay inside Wild Dunes. We had a great time hanging out with family and spending some time at the beach.

Had a wonderful visit to Isle of Palms staying here. House is set up wonderfully for families with kids, and is in a great location - easy walk to the beach, and very convenient to Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island. Host is helpful, beds are comfortable, and house is updated and well appointed. Enjoyed the outdoor space also!

This place is fantastic! We never closed the blinds because the view was so spectacular. Every morning I woke up to the sun rising and the view of the Ocean. The townhouse is well furnished and extremely well kept. Only a few minutes from the local grocery store. We have stayed in Airbnb 's all over the world and this is one of my favorite. Be sure and rent bikes so you can ride on the beach. our family loved it.

Excellent location in Wild Dunes, close to everything. The unit has a nice view of the water & access to the beach was easy. The screened in porch was a perfect spot to watch the sunset, listen to the waves & hang out. Host gave instructions early on & was responsive with any questions we had, and even let us know we could check-in early. A great stay!

Shella by the sea is amazing! You feel at home as soon as you walk into the home. The decor is inviting and the home is very clean! We were surprised how quiet it was in the home as well. We loved how close the unit was to the beach, pools, ice cream and the cute local shop! Brian’s recommendations were helpful in figuring out where to go and what to do on the island. Equestrian center is a must! We hope to visit again this fall!

The hosts were great to work with, as we came in early and they tried to accommodate us to get into the house earlier than allowed. We were very grateful for that. Beautiful area, just a short walk to the beach was perfect to get out and talk with the neighbors who were very pleasant. The only downfall was the pool was not heated, but still was very relaxing to sit by the pool. A very nice getaway.

This two bedroom was perfect for our stay for our two couples for my nieces wedding. It is such a great location in central to all the amenities, including the beach, the pool and the clubhouse. I would recommend staying here or to anyone who wants convenience.

This condo was very nicely appointed and very nicely decorated. It had comfortable living room chairs. The bedrooms were set up very nicely. The kitchen had enough plate and cutlery. The setting was very close to the beach so it was beautiful for walking and it was close to the athletic facility for Pickleball and golf.

Perfect, relaxing, very private, so peaceful. The marsh views were more than we expected! We spent a lot of time on the deck for morning sunrise and evening sunset. Will definitely be returning and hope this unit is available.

We loved being on the water and having beach access. It is priceless not to have to carry all your things several blocks just to get to the beach! Everything matched the description and we felt very safe. As a family of 5, having 3 full bathrooms was fantastic.

Property was clean and provided a well stocked kitchen for meals preparation. Views of the ocean from the living area and primary bedroom were fabulous. Getaway weekend for planned events in the area and we enjoyed our stay at this property. Would definitely recommend for future stays.
