Offering Kitchen / living room c/w wood burner, TV/DVD, patio doors to private patio BBQ area, bedroom, ensuite shower/toilet/basin under floor heating throughout. Ideal for romantic breaks, couple holidays, anyone with a passion for gardens, or wanting to totally unwind in secluded surroundings. Electric Car charging point available.

Sea Breeze Lodge, Croyde Coastal Retreats

Set in a stunning coastal location, with all the comforts of home, the Sea Breeze lodge has the added benefit of being dog friendly costing £30 per dog per visit. You have your own small, private and secure garden, so you know your four legged holiday companion can be off-lead when you’re at home chilling out. The lodge sleeps 6 people, with an ensuite double bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a comfortable double bed settee in the spacious living room, plus a second bathroom.

Cancleave - Cornish Clifftop Luxury

Cancleave has been in the family since 1962 and over the winter of 2020/21 it underwent complete reconstruction to create a modern, energy efficient and comfortable property. The property occupies an incredible location in beautiful North Cornwall, on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay. Standing in around half an acre of lawned garden bordering the South West Coast Path, it commands stunning views across Bude Bay to Lundy Island and inland all the way to Dartmoor.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Board Room @ Green Rooms is a contemporary and spacious one bedroom apartment. 5 meter bi-fold doors from the living area open onto your own private South facing decked garden. A real suntrap with sun loungers and outdoor dining area to enjoy. My annexe is completely private, your own sitting-room, bedroom and shower . Great for walkers, swimmers, surfers, kite-surfing, golfing [Royal North Devon Golf Club], Tarka trail for bikers, kayaking. I WILL LEAVE milk, bread, butter, jam, cereal, fruit, fruit juice in the small fridge; i supply plates etc and these can be left in entrance to be washed daily Only a microwave - no other cooking facilities. Small fridge.

A pretty barn conversion on a small farm and close to the beach. Offers really spacious accommodation for two, or a couple with a baby or child.
