Monthly Rentals in West Lancashire District

We had come to the area for a funeral, wanting somewhere comfortable to base ourselves for a week as we helped our friend through a loss, instead of being stuck in an unwelcoming hotel room. The bungalow was just that - spotless on arrival, comfy furnishings, plus a lovely garden to catch the sun in. It really felt like our own little home. It has a double driveway (which was helpful as we arrived separately) and has a selection of supermarkets a short drive away. The area is quiet, looks like a new development, and feels peaceful. Katy was very kind and communicative, and has made a lovely place to stay. I’ll be looking for it again the next time we visit.

Suitable for a visit in Ormskirk, near the hospital and Uni, not too far a walk to the centre. Easy to park.

Our 2nd trip to the dairy, it's a perfect getaway from everything and great for a couple of nights stay.

We stayed at Katie's place for two nights as we were visiting friends in Southport. Check in instructions were clear and the house was easy to find. Location is great, in a quiet residential area. Very accessible to great walks, the beach and Southport. The house is spotless, tastefully decorated and very cosy. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The goodies in the welcome basket was a nice touch. We didn't need to but the very well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. the house manual is beautifully printed with lots of useful information. The garden was great for our pooch to mooch around. The beds are very comfortable, and the showers are powerful. We couldn't have found a better place to stay. I have stayed in plenty of accommodation and Katie is probably the best host - responsive, helpful and generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate recommending it. We certainly would stay here again.
