Beachfront vacation rentals in West Indies

I really enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again. Mike answered all of my questions and got back right away. Nice having everything you needed for the beach and bikes.

4th time renting this beautiful property certainly not the last!

Mary's place was in a very safe and beautiful location. Everyone was friendly and there were endless dining options. There were even local conveniences that I didn't expect nearby such as Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, etc. Showers had great water pressure, hot water, and had zero sulphur smell. Decor was lovely and ample storage space for your things. A/C and heat works great and no musty smells anywhere. Beds, outdoor furniture and couches very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Was too busy to enjoy the cabana amenities but visited it briefly and it looked wonderful. Thank you Mary hope to return in the future!

One of the few Airbnbs that are ACTUALLY walking distance to the beach and Atlantic ave. Book this place if you are staying local and want a truly unique experience.

This place was just as pictured and described and the location was perfect! There were so many places and things to do within walking distance including beach access! The beach itself was stunning the water was clear with white sand. The hosts provided so many additional recommendations for us and were in frequent communication. If I had any questions at all they responded in minutes, they were truly so lovely! Highly recommend!!!

This place was like heaven on earth for us. The location and grounds are breathtaking, a few steps away from a quasi private beach yet nestled into the jungle. Lots of wildlife to be seen from the house. The groundskeepers were lovely and helpful. The house itself had a rustic feel but had everything we needed and was very clean. Will definitely come back. What an amazing place.

Hope to stay longer next year

This is our 3rd year staying at Josh’s Airbnb and we’ve had different units each year and we’ll be back again next year. This year’s unit was 3 bedrooms and 2 baths so we had room for multiple guests and plenty of living space. The grounds are as beautiful as always thanks to Mike and his sidekick Lexi. The pool is almost private for us alot of the time. Josh is not only responsive and professional but he is friendly and welcomes us back warmly. It’s like coming home every winter for a reprieve from the northeast’s cold and snow. See you next year!

Place was amazing. Literally right on the beach just a few steps to paradise. You can walk to multiple restaurants and Publix is very close for grocery’s. The pool and yard is great , I traveled with a 1 and 2 year old and they had a great time in the pool. The space is very big and clean and beautiful . Kitchen is legit. Jill is an amazing host is very down to earth. can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend ! 10/10

Nicole and Carlos were great hosts! The house was beautiful and right on the beach. Check in and out was so simple, we were even met at the house and showed around. They helped us with every aspect of our trip, from places to eat, excursions and general knowledge of everything. There were no questions that we didn’t get the answers to. We even were giving some helpful tips on various things like when we could see the Macaws from our back porch to a trek to an abandoned mansion in the rainforest. We had an amazing time and definitely one we will always remember. Thank you Nicole and Carlos!!!

My husband and I and our 4 kids LOVED this house. We spent a week there and it was perfect for us. The beach was amazing - great for swimming and playing at high tide and great for walking at low tide. The house had chairs and boogie boards we enjoyed. The pool was awesome. The views of the pool and beach from the deck great. We really appreciated the AC and the ice maker when it was hot outside. House was clean and comfortable. Really cannot say enough how much we loved this location and house.

We loved these accommodations! Loved that we were on a canal (so beautiful, and great for renting a boat for a few days), the lanai/pool was very spacious and inviting, and our experience from the very start was positive and friendly. The description mentioned 2 king beds, but there was 1, and the living room furniture isn’t what is pictured, but none of that caused any issues for us. We greatly appreciated the kitchenware that was available for use. Even though we didn’t make use of the grill, it was clean and available. So happy for the washer/dryer in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We felt very safe - wonderful neighborhood. We’d be happy to return!

I had a great time : I would recommend it

We loved this place and are looking forward to staying here again in the future. The cows came to see us in the mornin. My little one was excited to see them. We enjoyed the pool as soon as we got there and first thing in the morning. The water heater worked great throughout the house. The shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower was convenient. The house is small but has everything you need and more. Our family of four sleep good and comfortable. Thank you for the stay!

A great neighborhood! Loved the area along the beach for restaurants and breakfast. The cabana style apartments were great and we instantly felt at home. Melissa was more than helpful!

Just as advertised, great location to visit the beach

Totally recommended. It's a beautiful place, with secure parking, beach access, and a swimming pool available. But one of the most valuable things was Ma's kindness and attention. Teresa. She clearly understands that customer service (in this case to guests) is the reason for being in the hosting business in general.

Feels like old Florida! The outdoor space and screened in porch are so great - perfect spot to watch the sunrise! And you are right on the beach!!! Walkable to many restaurants and feels very private compared to condo alternatives. House as described and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Best AIRBNB ever. The house is at a great location, just by the beach, and has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Michael was very kind and helpful. No better choice in Miami. Great value for money, specially considering the free parking.

We loved the location and space! We also loved daily housekeeping and access to a washed/dryer - a neccessary by the beach! My kids favorite activity was swimming in the ocean -- they loved the waves and not crowded! We loved having close access but was surprised we had to cross over the one foot deep still pond first. We saw monkeys playing outside in the trees. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

amazing place

We are in love with The Happy Yellow Beach House. Everything was on point from our first contact with Manny! The house runs itself and there will be no worries from start to end. It seriously checks every box for what you would imagine you would enjoy and/or require. We will see you next year same time same place! 😎🌴🌊🏝️🌞🛶👙

Rick and his wife were great hosts who could not have been more responsive or accommodating. They have clearly put a lot of TLC and thought into the place. There are several picturesque places to sit and relax (in sun or shade) and enjoy the warm gulf breezes. We enjoyed our coffee each morning in chairs looking over the Gulf. Two chase lounges were also provided along with a beach bag, towels & umbrella. The water is viewable from right outside the villa and the beach is a simple, scenic walk on a brick pathway. We left with a number of shark teeth that we found on our beach walks. While the hurricane last fall took some of the lush landscaping, there is still plenty to enjoy. The villa provides a private, romantic getaway with too many amenities to note. We would recommend Dearborn Street for coffee, quaint shops and an amazing farmers market (Thurs - Sun). Also, the Dockside Waterfront Grill and Pop's Sunset Grill were very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to return!

Ryan’s place is amazing! The views are stunning and there is a direct path to the beach right out the front door. I was very impressed with the house, it is spacious and felt like home. We will definitely rent this property again.
