We loved our stay here. The location is perfect! This place was beautifully decorated and very clean. We will definitely be back. It exceeded our expectations.

beautiful place with mid-century modern accents/decor. comfy bed and plenty of everything needed, including blankets and towels. only issue was parking, lot shared with the restaurant next door (it was a very busy night in Fayetteville, so completely understandable). otherwise, loved the stay!

This little hideaway is perfect for a solo trip or maybe even an intimate getaway with your significant other. It’s close enough to downtown to walk, but far enough away to be able to get away from the crowds/noise.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was wonderful and Deana was very engaged in the experience. We all had a wonderful time and cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

We love Ben's place! This is our second time staying, and I can guarantee we will be back next year. It's cute and comfortable, close to town, and has ample private parking right in front of the house! If you've ever been to Eureka you should know what that's worth! Super comfortable place with loads of amenities. You'll love it!

The home was great accommodations in a great location. I was about 10 minutes or less from most anywhere I needed to go. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was fantastic.

We had a short weekend to spend in Fayetteville with family. The house was exactly what we needed in every way! We loved the fire pit and the cut firewood available for us to burn! The host was very responsive and helpful and we had a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful place and amazing location! Less than a four minute walk to all the restaurants and entertainment!
