Absolutely loved our stay here! The flat was beautiful—clean, stylish, and really comfortable. Anne Marie was so lovely and easy to communicate with, which made everything super smooth. Plus, the location was perfect—an easy walk to the city centre. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Arriving without having printed the instructions Jolanta sent us and unable to access the internet, we had trouble locating the building, parking, and unit. However, Jolanta was immediately accessible via phone; patiently taking three phone calls from us and helping us through the process. She followed up the next morning to check in on us and see if we needed anything, telling us where the closest co-op market was, and even volunteering to stop and get us some milk on her way by! She also messaged us another time about heating controls due to a cold night approaching (we didn’t need it - it’s a very comfortable flat). She was as responsive and helpful as we ever could have hoped! And the location is superb — walkable to the castle, the museum, the park, the river; with excellent restaurants and pubs nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chloe’s place! Great location - we were able to walk to all the main sites in under 20 mins, e.g Roman Baths, train station. The aesthetics of the apartment were really nice. It was really bright and faced greenery. There was lots of attention to detail (such as a small bottle of Prosecco!) which we really appreciated. Definitely recommend!

Thank you to Nigel and Karen for being such outstanding hosts. We loved our long stay at Nigel and Karen’s home. Everything was five-star hotel sparkling clean and smelled wonderfully. The bed was super comfortable for us both, and we found the bedding luxurious. The kitchen, which we benefited from having quite a bit, had everything we needed to make our usual meals. The location, is of course, at the heart of Bath, just unbeatable. The apartment is located on the second floor of a gorgeous building that’s been wholly and newly renovated. Nigel and Karen were exceptionally attentive and caring about all our needs and very quick to respond. This stay couldn’t have been better. 10 out of 10 stars.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 2 weeks, and it was wonderful! The apartment is very pretty and clean, located in a pretty area too, and it had everything we needed and more (even detergent, aluminium foil, olive oil... all the little things you don't think of but that make a difference!). The location is fantastic, a minute from the Abbey and the giant plane tree, restaurants, the Roman Bath, shopping, everything! Of course being so close in the city centre means that you will hear the party goers on a Friday or Saturday night, but even so we would book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, friendly, flexible, accommodating - we received an extra duvet a few hours after our request, really sweet. And it's right across from the Sally Lunn house, Bath's oldest house with a great menu and these wonderfully tasty Sally Lunn buns!

Clean, comfortable, modern adaptation of space. Nice touches like the shampoo, shower gel, soft towels, water and pint of milk in the fridge. Quiet neighbourhood, the Exchange hotel directly opposite for a nightcap too. Cardiff Bay eateries (numerous) just a ~5 minute walk away. Parking not a problem for us, always a space or two available even at busy times. Recommend using the MIPERMIT app to mange it (08:00-18:00, max 5 hours etc).

Lovely apartment, loads of space for a family and very comfortable. Had everything that was needed for a relaxing break. Pubs, restaurants and shop all short walking distance.

Very clean and tidy with comfortable beds and sofas. Extras in the kitchen (cling film, foil, biscuits, coffee pods & tea) and bathroom (some toiletries) in case you have forgotten things. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine with tablets for both which is a very useful touch. Quiet setting with easy access to the local amenities, bus stop and park & ride. Would happily book again

Great location, short walk to the center. The place is very cosy and looks exactly like the photos. Overall would definitely recommend!

First time in Clifton and we loved it. The Appartment is very central on a listed street and once we parked the car we didn’t need to get in it again until we left. We walked everywhere. The 2nd floor apparent is well equipped, very clean, tidy, quality furnishings, quiet and a great nights sleep in quality beds and bedding. We would definately stay again when we come back to Bristol.

Jayne's apartment was perfect for a short work trip. Quietly located a short walk from bus routes from Bristol Parkway and into central Bristol, the area is quiet but convenient. The space compact but well laid out with everything you need for a short visit. The decor is lovely and the bed is one of the comfiest I've slept in! Having a kitchenette is great for self-catering and having tea, coffee and cereal included is a nice bonus. There's a Tesco and a Co-op within a 15min walk for all your essentials. I made the most of the nice weather with a walk through Britannia Woods (just across the road) and down the River Frome, which was lovely. Very much recommend Jayne's place and I'll definitely be back! Thank you :)

Tetbury was beautiful with great places to sit outside and eat in the sunshine. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and perfectly situated in the centre of Tetbury

Caths Apartment was the perfect stay for us in Bristol. We loved the neighbourhood with plenty of nice Cafés, Restaurants and Shops. Can really recommend it!

Excellent, comfortable stay with our dog. Great amenities and a friendly, helpful host. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely location and a lovely place. Literally no hassle whatsoever. I would really recommend this to anyone who plans on visiting both Bath and Bristol and surrounding areas. Susannah was helpful when needed but not very often. Thank you for a lovely time!

🥰 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my sister here to celebrate her birthday, and we had a wonderful experience! We hiked to the top of Brent Knox and took her dog, Bailey, to Berrow Beach, where dogs are welcome all year round. We also explored Burnham-on-Sea. The annex we stayed in was clean and cozy, and I would highly recommend it. Noreen was incredibly lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable!

My Parents stayed at Dawn and Steven's place for a rugby game at the stadium and they came home raving about the place! This trip was on my dad's bucket list and I cannot thank Dawn and steven enough for how special they made if for them - from their kindness and advice for getting around Cardiff, to the wonderful space and amenities, my parents couldn't find a single fault except that their stay was too short and that they'll have to go again for a long weekend sometime! Thank you Dawn and Steven, my parents had a truly wonderful time♡

Perfect for our first holiday with 7 month old baby. Everything was exactly as described and Jane was a fantastic host, from replying quickly to any questions we had before our visit to checking everything was okay with check in and our stay. The location is amazing with somewhere to eat a 5 min walk away, a spa/pool another 5 min walk away, activities and walks on the doorstep too. Travel cot and highchair included which was brilliant as meant less for us to pack and bring with us. We did have an issue where the fan stopped working but Jane swapped it for a new one within an hour of us contacting her regarding it which we really appreciated as it was used in the babies room. Stress free and relaxing break. Thank you Jane.

Great location with plenty to do nearby, pool and spa facilities lovely, really clean and well maintained, with nice products to use. We had to leave early unfortunately because of my son being ill and in the rush to pack up had left a couple of items behind which Rleanor very kindly offered to post to us.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well-equipped, and felt like home. The check-in was smooth, and John was very responsive. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Combe Hay at Georgina’s apartment and didn’t want to go home! The village and countryside around it was perfect for long walks with the dog, followed by a pint of local cider at the Wheatsheaf across the road. The apartment had everything we needed, was warm and comfortable and the courtyard becomes a sun trap when the weather is good. I would definitely recommend staying here and the late check-out as standard is ideal for a leisurely departure.

We had a great stay. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The apartment was really nicely furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would look to book again.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool and activities room and playgrounds were wonderful. You could book private sessions in the pool although we also found the communal sessions generally weren’t busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our daughter as it wasn’t too deep which really helped her build confidence at swimming. We loved playing table tennis and badminton with our older child while the plentiful toys (especially the pedal tractor) kept the little one very happy! Lots to do in the surrounding area, although the peaceful/remote location meant they were all a fair drive away. Apartment was as pictured. It had everything we needed and was always warm- important for October half term break!
