The place was very turn key & comfortable and met all my needs, and Denise was very friendly. She gave me a good discount for extending my stay, which was much appreciated.

Exceptional little house in Martin, TN. Location is walking distance to the downtown. House is well maintained and has all the amenities needed. Walter was exceptional at communicating any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay again when we visit Martin.

Loved the place! Came for a mini vacation getaway and it was very peaceful and nice , the house is stocked with all the essentials for cooking as well so that really came in handy, bed was super comfortable, loved the porch swing and the bathroom aesthetic was lovely, will return again !
