Beautiful home we enjoyed staying in while visiting UT Martin! So clean and wonderfully updated!

We couldn't have felt more at home. Misty's home is perfect with everything you need away from home. And if there is something that she doesn't have ...she is quick to accommodate . She was amazing! Her friendly conversation, recommendations, and check ins were something I loved. She definitely values her renters and making sure there stay is amazing. We will definitely be back to stay again. Great place to stay. Convenient to everywhere Martin! Uniquely decorated , very roomy and clean. Had extra amenities, the house was very welcoming with a few extra touches of thoughtfulness. Would happily stay there again on my next visit.

This place was exactly as pictured and very clean. I liked they had all the lights on to welcome you in. Plenty of room for if you were just hanging around. Would recommend

Just a lovely spot and felt like a stay at Grandma's cabin. Clean as a pin, very nicely decorated and well stocked. Lisa was very flexible and responsive. The "bed" was like sleeping in heaven. Thanks Lisa!

I have stayed at Porsha's property severial times and it has worked out really well for us. She is easy to get in touch with,also responsive in adequate time, friendly and helpful.

In town for a wedding. So glad we chose the Boathouse for our 4 day stay. Such a cute place and so peaceful. And shopping/ restaurants near by. If we're ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

This was our first Airbnb. Lisa helped guide me though the process - and had the patience of a saint! After several back and forth messages, I finally got it figured out. Upon arrival, Lisa greeted us, showed us around the “Little Blue Cabin”, and made us feel as welcome as family. She shared with us some of the history of the area (and being a history buff, I personally enjoyed that), and filled us in on some of the local attractions. Trust me when I say, if you rent from her, take the time to meet with her, and listen to what she has to offer! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, whenever we’re back in Martin Tennessee, visiting family, we’re going to be setting up reservations with one of her two beautiful homes! They’re wonderfully decorated, and as clean as a whistle!! And - among all the comforts of home in her homes, she even has a tea kettle on the stove too!! I’m an avid tea drinker, and fully appreciated that!! Thank you Lisa, for a great experience! Five stars!!
