Furaha Villa in Johari Villas

EkaterinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Very nice and calm place to stay! There is a wonderful bar just in 2 minutes of walk, you even don’t need to get out from the territory. Very nice pool which you can use during the whole day, even in the evening. There is everyday cleaning. The beach is just 7 minutes of walking by foot. Would definitely recommend this place!

Cute Malindi Cottage

GabrieleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Reading the other reviews I can agree that the place is old and need maintenance, but honestly I'll return there and I can recommend it to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Malindi. In Marine Park (and not only) It's impossible to find a single villa with private pool with that price, so if you are looking for something poshy it's not for you, but if you are down for a peaceful environment with the best ratio price/quality in Malindi, go for it. Shazz and Maalim have been super helpful and supportive for any of our need.

The Fig Tree - A haven of peace

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My friends and I had an incredible experience at The Fig Tree. I can't thank Erena and Tess enough for the warm welcome and the fantastic recommendations she shared for making our stay unforgettable. During our four-day visit, we were treated to the highest level of hospitality and personalized service, which truly made The Fig Tree feel like home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as the complimentary dinner, snacks, and housekeeping services, all provided at no additional charge. This level of care is something I’ve never experienced at any other Airbnb. Without a doubt, The Fig Tree is at the top of my list for highly recommended stays in Malindi.

Family beach house, birder's paradise.

TomRating, 5 stars5 days ago
What an amazing house this is. The photos don’t do it justice. The outdoor areas and the swimming pool are fantastic. Cool, subtle, chic and very relaxing. If you’re staying then Albert (the chef) is a must include. He is very engaging when it comes to culinary options and it’s a real treat to be spoilt rotten by not having to cook or do the washing up. This took us a day or two to get used to! Katana was able to bring fresh fish and squid caught by his fisherman friends. His wife keeps the inside spic and span as you’d find in a hotel. We would love to come back and stay in this enchanting airy cool and semi-rural spot. We were all extremely sad to leave as the hospitality shown was second to none and we would love to come back some time soon! Thanks so much. Tom, Claire, Anne and Bea from the UK.

Serenity - A home from home

LeslieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
As frequent visitors to the Coast, our stay at Serenity was exceptional. Unlike other properties with distant management, Tess, the owner, was actively involved with authentic advice, ensuring we had everything needed. On arrival, we were welcomed by Tess and her friendly team, including Daniel, the chef, who consistently prepared excellent food. Everything discussed in advance was ready, with the fridge fully stocked. The house was spacious, comfortable, open yet secure, with fans in every room, air con in the bedrooms. Everything worked as expected, and small touches like international/USB charging points were appreciated. Tess's care and knowledge were invaluable in arranging excursions. We had a unique boat experience, enjoying a BBQ on a sandbank that emerged with the tide. Our visit to Che Chalet was also special, thanks to Tess's arrangements. Serenity provided our best trip ever to the Kenyan Coast and I highly recommend it despite its newness on Airbnb and limited reviews

I love you House Watamu Kenya

AntonioRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Nakupenda house is part of a whole resort with several services included in the fee. You have 24h surveillance, cleaning service every day and constant support from the resort reception. Our stay was awesome thanks to both the splendid private and shared spaces like the pool. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, they also allowed us using the pool after our check out to spend the few hours before the flight inside the resort. The apartment is very cozy as showed in the pictures and the house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen that has everything is needed to cook during your stay. In a walking distance there is a mall where you can do grocery and withdraw cash, it was very comfy for us. Every day the staff cleans the room taking care of garbage, kitchen cleaning, fresh sheets and collect the dirty clothes. The laundry service was the only underwhelming aspect. Some of the clothes came back stinky and with stains they didn't have before. Something to be ameliorated..

Cacuki Boutique House

AchiengRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My recent stay at Cacuki Boutique House in Watamu was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty of the property. The pool and stunning views of the property were even more breathtaking than the photos suggested. The host, Valentina, was truly exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their warm hospitality made me and my family feel right at home. The location was perfect. The property is just a short walk from the pristine beaches of Watamu, where I spent many blissful hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear waters. It's also conveniently located near a variety of excellent restaurants, bars, and shops, making it easy to explore the vibrant local scene. I highly recommend this property and you will not regret it!
