The cottage does have a garage/basement however parking in the garage is prohibited due to the tight fit.

We have seven cottages on our property of The River Rock Cottages and are conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park and 3.5-miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. This cottage shares one interior wall with our Diamond Cottage (similar to a duplex).
