We loved staying here and getting to meet the horses and very friendly cats! The apartment is cozy and clean and we appreciated the bathrobes and breakfast items and country views. Steph kindly helped us meet her beautiful mustangs and told us about the farm, and the cats were incredibly cuddly. A lovely experience!

Alek’s home was clean, comfy, and decorated very nice with the farmhouse theme. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was close to downtown so convenient to everywhere we went. We definitely will book another stay when we are back in Great Bend!

As my son and I stepped in and we felt like we were on vacation the casita just gives you a relaxing feel and also a calm vibe ...Erin was a great host we got down with the games early than what he had advised Erin... It wasnt an issue with her and the place was just to nice and clean...We are totally staying there again in june for our last baseball tournament and recommending this location to everyone....

We were in town for a concert and the Airbnb was 5 minutes from the venue! Very close to restaurants and the downtown area. Host was very helpful during check-in and check-out. The home itself was awesome! Felt right and home and it was spotless when we arrived. I would recommend this place 10/10.

It is a peaceful beautiful place. I had pets and small children and it was wonderful. I was able to house all my children as well as grandchildren in this lovely place. Plenty of space and fun games to play. We even completed a whole puzzle. We loved it and the beds are sooooo comfortable.

Quiet Cozy Home in Hays

Josh and Kathryn were amazing! We were flying in from Denver and our flight got cancelled so we ended up making the 5 hour drive. I let them know and they went over to the house and turned on the porch and inside light for us (we got in at almost 2am). We appreciated it so much. The house was perfect for us as well. Beds were very comfortable, shower was great (adjustable shower head so you don't have to do aerobics trying to shave your legs lol) and amenities came in handy. If we return we would absolutely stay here again.

Michelle was a great host. Loved the patriotic decorations! We were in town for a job, and the house location worked perfect for us. It was in a quiet neighbor so that is always a plus! Will book again if in the area!

We loved our stay at The Roost. The area was beautiful and peaceful, and it was so clean and cozy. We enjoyed all the little extra touches throughout, as well as the walking paths and outdoor space. We would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

Enjoyed my stay at this little house. Very comfortable. Only complaint was that all channels were streaming only and I have cable at home. Luckily someone else had left their You Tube TV account open so zi could use it to watch the news, will stay again if available and I’m in the area.
