The 44 square metre apartment is on the ground floor of a 2 storied home. We live upstairs. There is minimal noise as the house is concrete/brick construction. Plenty of space for a couple or single guest. Great for families/groups up to 3 guests for short stays. Guests may have visitors but we are not a party venue. You have your own private access.
