La casa di Carla è meravigliosa, completa di tutto come da descrizione, in posizione strategica. Carla è un'ottima host, facile comunicazione e ci ha dato consigli preziozi. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Fabio è un Host molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato qualche consiglio su cosa fare nei dintorni e in quali ristoranti mangiare. La Villa corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto, molto bella, spaziosa e comoda per posizione. Sicuramente se avrò l’occasione di tornare a Riccione lo contatterò di nuovo!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Ringraziamo infinitamente Antonella per la sua solare accoglienza e per la sua disponibilità. La casa è meravigliosa, accogliente e ben arredata, con tutto l'essenziale. La posizione è ottimale.

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

We’ve been for three nights in a great apartment, very well located. unfortunately it didn’t match with the information and the pictures but they made their best to give us a different apartment the following day and they offered us breakfast for once.

Un havre de paix. Superbe maison divisée en quelques appartements sur un terrain entièrement clos. De nombreux jeux sont prévus sur place pour les enfants (fléchettes, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, multitude d'accessoires pour la piscine) sans oublier les hamacs et autres commodités extérieures. La piscine est très agréable et parée d'un jacuzzi. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel pour 2 à 3 personnes. La communication avec Paola est très simple. Un guide des environs et ses nombreuses recommandations facilitent les premiers pas dans la région. Une vraie et belle expérience touristique. Merci mille fois.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Villa a fine Aprile. Il posto è splendido, circondato dalla natura, silenzioso, con uno splendido giardino che circonda la casa.A circa un km ci sono panettiere, supermarket, macellaio, tutti i negozi che possono servire. Lorena è stata fantastica, ci hai aiutato in tutto, sia per trovare un ristorante per la Pasqua, sia come guida per i vari siti da visitare. La casa ha ogni confort, due zone living una al piano terra e una al primo piano, cucina abitabile con tavolo da 8. La casa è a circa un ora da Rimini per chi ama il mare. Per chi vuole visitare le città d arte a meno di 45 minuti ci sono: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Soggiorno stupendo, grazie ancora Lorena.

We had a fantastic stay in Riccione. It’s a beautiful town with friendly people, great shopping and fantastic Italian food (as always!) The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home-from-home. It’s a great location for walking to the beach or into the town for evenings at the local bars and restaurants. Leda is a wonderful host, very helpful, sharing local knowledge and helping us secure a transfer back to the airport. We can’t wait to visit again!

Has been great to stay at Adalberto’s place. I went to Urbino for the festival of Urbino in Acquarello, being my self a non professional painter. The Gallery Albani was very close and same for the Piazza della Repubblica. First think I did , was to open the window and take a picture of the landscape. Great place, very clean and Adalberto very clear in his instructions. Thank You.

Bel villino ristrutturato composto da un appartamento con tre camere da letto e due bagni ed un altro piccolo alloggio fronte strada. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in quello grande. Ognuna delle due unità immobiliari ha il proprio spazio esterno riservato. Casa pulitissima, estremamente luminosa grazie ai lucernai, vicina al mare, in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo. Cucina dotata di tutto. Accoglienza ottima e gentile. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca: avrei gradito una dotazione minima almeno dei detersivi, saponi, etc. (da noi in montagna di fa così...), ma comunque ho dato 5 stelle perchè merita!!!!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Wir haben uns gleich nach Ankunft wie zu Hause gefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und auch unserer kleiner Hund hatte genug Platz. Die Balkone bieten einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer bzw. den Hafen. Es gibt tolle Restaurants rund um die Unterkunft und auf der anderen Seite des Hafens kann man toll an der Promenade entlang laufen und in Bars und Cafés einkehren. Auch hundefreundliche Strände und Menschen findet man genug. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

abbiamo soggiornato qui per una piccola vacanza di relax con la nostra cagnolina Kora, Francesco e Pamida si sono mostrati fin da subito molto gentili e amichevoli anche con la nostra cagnolina!! sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno durante il nostro soggiorno, anche nel darci indicazioni su posti da visitare e nel fornirci indicazioni su bar e ristoranti ottimi in zona. la casa era pulita, con un bel terrazzo grande, e attrezzata con ogni comfort!vicinissimo al mare e a tutte le strutture di cui avevamo bisogno! praticamente l' auto non l abbiamo mai usata! che dire... ci hanno fatto sentire a casa!! grazie!!

Peaceful but close to everything’

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Die Lage ist einmalig mit Panoramablick inkl. Sonnenaufgang und -untergang. Und Silke und Luca sind die besten Gastgeber, die es gibt. Wir wurden mit offenen Armen empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Beide sind immer ansprechbar. Wenn ich erneut in der Gegend bin, ist Cal Torello meine erste Adresse!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.
