Vacation rentals with a patio in Visayas

We had a very comfortable and cozy stay in Homescapes. The bed was comfortable, amenities were good. I would highly recommend.

The place was nice and beautiful. It was a great experience for us to stay in your place although we can hear the noise from the outside. The unit is big, spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. And last it is ideal for remote worker because of the high speed internet. Thank you for the great unit 💛

Perfect stay near the airport and many places to eat . There is a mall near maybe 7 min walk with fashion stores, more restaurant and pharmacy. The amenities are all nice and the e security is top notch . I will def stay again in my travels to Cebu.

Nice roomy cottage surrounded by dense vegetation. Somewhat secluded however, close to all the action in San Juan. The dwelling itself is very well constructed, clean and spacious with the lanai adding so much more area to enjoy with nice furnishings. A full kitchen gives you the opportunity to prepare basic meals. I especially liked the option to toast my pandesal or other bakery purchased the night before. The outdoor comfort room was a awesome feature yet still very private. If you're looking for a more unique experience with value included away from other tourist, this is a great place to stay.

We greatly enjoyed the stay. It was easy to locate as you can search it in Google Maps. It is also near the Canibol port. The house is very homey and it all had the amenities we needed. They also have an honesty store where you can get food such as chips, canned food, toiletries, etc. when needed.

I went on a family trip, and each room had air conditioning and a bathroom! There was one more shared bathroom, so it was easy to get ready to go out. It was just a big house with several motel rooms. The🥹 pool was deep and spacious, so I think I can just rest and play at the accommodation next time! There are 3-4 managers living together in the management office in front of the gate, so if you need anything, you can ask right away..! However, the person cleaning the yard kept walking around, so I was a little embarrassed in the morning. ^^ But you can also request that they don't come in at a certain time! The houses next door run a jet ski business, so I asked if they rode jet skis every morning, and if I had known a little sooner, I would have rode the jet skis as well. It was nice to have a passage right in front of the house that led directly to the sea!! A lodging that I definitely want to go back to next time!!❤️

The place is surprisingly cheap yet it already offers more than enough of what anyone could need for a stay in the city. It was exactly near the landmarks we wanted to visit. The place itself also brings out a chill vibe, felt quite at home! Would definitely book again if ever I travel back to cebu.

I booked Mae’s apartment for a friend, and he had a great stay! Mae was very accommodating and made everything easy from start to finish. She was responsive, friendly, and made sure my friend had everything he needed. The apartment itself is modern, well-designed, and very clean. It has a pleasant and comfortable feel, making it a great place to relax. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience, and I really appreciate Mae’s hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future or recommend it to others!

The place itself is really fantastic. It’s quiet, peaceful and you can just enjoy the scenery. There’s available shuttle that can bring you to the beach. However, if you want to go the city mall, station 1,2, 3 etc better to utilize the hop on and hop off bus if you are alone.. the e tricycle is a bit pricey. The host was also responsive. I highly recommend this place for family who are planning to have a vacation. For sure you will enjoy it. It’s worth it.
