Ivy Eve was very responsive even when there were unexpected glitches. Although she does not live locally, many family members took care of any issue. The space is quiet, peaceful and the high ceiling adds a positive vibe. Great location right in the heart of Mactan Newtown. Would definitely stay again.

My recent stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable, making it a great home away from home. The host was attentive and caring, ensuring all aspects of my stay were catered to. Communication was excellent throughout, which made everything run smoothly. I had an exceptional 4-night stay at this Airbnb apartment. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and accommodating, making the overall experience enjoyable. The place is really a complete package. It provides all the amenities, including kitchen utensils and appliances. The Wi-Fi is great. We had a wonderful time staying here. Clear instructions around the house made using the appliances and following house rules easy. We will definitely book the same place if we return.

As always and will forever be, an absolute sanctuary for our weary bodies and spirit after full day of meetings, appointments and farm visits. It always rejuvenate and recharge us for another day of similar activities be it in Bacolod/Negros or at another Island of Panay. The Sylvo-therapy (forest healing/therapy) and the grounding/earthing one can get by being at the yard is already worth the price of the stay. The prompt and almost butler like services the staff are extending made our stay awesome. Looking forward to stay and recharge at Amare again soon.

Rose and Delia were very responsive to making sure that we were comfortable. The home was spacious and accommodating and everything worked as expected. The neighbors had a couple of dogs that barked a lot from their upper balcony at night. When I brought this to the attention of Rose, she addressed it with the neighbor and resolved the concern without incident. The house is on a pretty busy street which made grabbing a tricycle easy. Right next door were 3 Sari Sari stores making shopping super convenient. I would most certainly reserve this place again! Thanks to Rose Marie and Delia for making our stay enjoyable!!

The house is beautiful and spacious, surrounded but lush greenery and so peaceful. Unfortunately we ran into electrical problems which forced us to cut our stay short, but our host Arlene was very accommodating and responsive and gracefully offered us a refund. We would not hesitate staying there again in the future.

Reggie's place is well set up for longer stays. Although it's not close to restaurants the kitchen is well equipped and the shuttle comes regularly (usually every 30 minutes, especially during peak times) so you can get to the mall or other places to dine without too much fuss. The neighborhoods are quiet and my daughter made lots of friends as soon as we arrived! Reggie is really helpful and communicates very quickly.

Very good place for staycation in Bohol. Very responsive to guest and the whole area is feel like home. Definitely, I'm gonna recommend this place to my friends who want to stay in Bohol for vacation.

The place is equipped with essentials, tho it could use a water dispenser and some pitchers. The location is great and has a nice view of the river. The host and caretaker was very responsive to our messages and was able to cater to extend our checkout time. The condo premises itself is clean and quiet. Was also able to park a rented motorcycle for free. Downside, as mentioned in one of the comments, music from the esplanade can be heard in the bedrooms and can disturb sleep. Overall, would still recommend this place.

The host is very accomodating. We keep on changing our schedule but still approves it. The place is so clean and peaceful. The amenities are superb. Instructions are clearly stated. Will surely recommend this place ❤️

very good deal to a 7pax-er condo. Very spacious also even if we were 4pax. Dennis is accommodating and kind enough to let us use the parking for free. Overall 5-stars for our 4-night stay, though I hope they can update the pillows and linens as they're worn out.

We really enjoyed staying at Marc's place. We had one small issue which Marc was responsive about an quick to rectify. We enjoyed using the pool on the 17th floor. It was also very breezy up there and was a nice place to chill when there weren't too many people. We liked the location - 20 minute walk from the Ayala Mall and less than 15 minute walk to Dawata yoga shala which we visited most days. The apartment itself is cozy. Cold and fresh AC. Spacious enough for two people. Small kitchenette enough to make basic meals with a very small fridge an induction ring and one frying pan. Toilet is small as mentioned in other reviews but it wasn't an issue for us as neither of us are tall. Shower is a good size with good pressure and water heater. Balcony is tiny and mostly taken up by the AC so wasn't usable but great to dry clothes quickly! No water dispenser so we bought a 10 litre bottle in the shop in the lobby of the unit. Overall would recommend staying here and would stay again.

Alfredo's place was perfect , the apartment was nice with a great view of the pool and plenty of space. The pool is open from 6 am until 10 pm everyday except Monday's and is always very clean. I wasn't sure about staying in IT Park, but I am happy I did, you can walk to everything, great restaurants, a few bars, a nice mall and very safe with a lot of activity around the area. Alfredo was very responsive and made sure any issues we had were solved in a timely manner. I will definitely stay there again if it is available when I return.

Great home I stayed at another unit but it wasn’t as cozy and the view is way better.
