Sir Den was incredibly helpful and responsive. And his caretakers at the home were also incredibly accommodating and friendly. The location is also close to the best beaches. We had a wonderful time, and we will stay there again!!

We had a great stay at this cozy condo unit! The caretaker was responsive and incredibly helpful, making our experience even better. While the condo is a bit far from the famous White Beach, it’s conveniently located near Puka Beach, which was a nice alternative. The unit itself was comfortable and offered great value for the price. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others!

The PLDT internet connection slowed down to 0.3 Mbps for two days in 7 weeks. But that wasn't Shahana's fault obviously. She an Penly were very responsive and available! Can recommend.

Very accomodating host. Easy to talk with. Flexible check-in and check-out. I love that they have cats in their area and they are taking care of them. As a cat parent, this warms my heart so much.

I’m 27 years old with my 16 years old brother that’s from America and stayed in this apartment for almost a month, visited my family and relatives. My trip was on June 4th to July 1st. Ms. Anne was very kind, friendly, responsive and considerate. The place was very peaceful, room apartment was very well maintained and organized, even though they only have little things like furnitures and utensils. it was perfect for the small room and it does look nice from the outside to inside. The caretaker was also very kind, respectful, responsive and efficient. The wifi was very great and a little high speed connection, we never have problems with the internet connection. The location is very close to the international airport, very convenient. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs staycation in the Philippines for a short period of time to a month. Prices from Apartment to utilities were average and affordable to a person like me that has an average income.

Really enjoyed our stay at Anne’s. There was always someone around if a need arose. Very helpful and always thoughtful of us. Will definitely stay again!

The location is really great for someone who enjoys walking and exploring. Anything else just get a grab and all is close by :) The people here are extremely friendly and wonderful. Anne is very good at communicating which was nice. I have had an amazing month in Lapu2 because of this home base here. I found a gym, groceries, made some great friends and have found this experience to be very good for my heart. Loved it

The apartment was beautiful, very spacious and classy. We had the best view from the 20th floor and it was even better at night time. The apartment was accurately described and we loved the fact that there were 2 showers to use. The air con was so useful to have as we stayed during high temperatures. Jell was nothing short of responsive and kind, especially when we let her know that we had to delay our check in date (due to our airline cancelling our flight). Unfortunately we only stayed for a couple of days, though had we been able to stay longer, we wouldn’t have hesitated. I would definitely love to stay here again when I return to Cebu :)

This place is very nice and the photos were accurate. The lifts were not crowded and never waited for more than two or three minutes. Robinsons is 5 min walk away and there a many food places nearby. There were a few roaches in the kitchen however there was also a notice from the building management stating pest control will be done mid September. Cons: The internet speed was so slow, however, I booked knowing this and I used my mobile data as I was WFH the whole time. Has a rain shower and would come to a trickle when the toilet is flushed Pros: This place is 5 star except the above Nice view Secure, manned by security and reception Walkable to shops Washing machine and dryer both worked extra towels, sheets, linen Travel power strips all around the apartment, already plugged in ready to use, you don't need adapters Will definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in

I’ve traveled the Philippines for the past five weeks staying in many Airbnb‘s. This is the best one. The price was reasonable, the staff was very helpful, the accommodations are well thought out and clean.

RLJ Beach House is a beautiful, accommodating place. It feels so relaxing especially outside or at the back of the house. Inside and outside of the house is clean, and the people in the neighborhood is friendly and it feels safe. My daughters loved the pool so much which is their favorite place. If I have given a chance to go back to Biliran, God willing, I will stay at the RLJ Beach House again.

Spacious Room with a Great City View! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Its location is very convenient, being close to a supermarket and various establishments. One of the highlights was the stunning city view from the room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved spending time at the pool. Therese was a responsive and accommodating host, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Overall, we had a great time and would love to stay here again. If you are looking for a short or long term stay, I would definitely recommend this place. They have pretty fast connection (100-200++mbps) if you need to work. I really appreciate their kindness and warmth to their guests. Efrenia and her caretakers Juri and Marcelo are very responsive and attentive to your needs. They will make sure youre okay.. I loved the conversations we had, although short it was a good one. Sad to leave only after a months stay due to buying a house. All the positive comments/reviews they got here are true, if you stay here you will be happy with everything. Hoping to visit again soon!

From the minute I walked through the door I had a feeling that I was going to enjoy staying here, and I did! Clean, spacious rooms, plenty of draw space for clothes, with extra bedding provided. Having a washing machine and dryer was great to use, and cooking facilities were all that you needed. 2 tv's , 1 in living area and 1 in bedroom. Bathroom was spotless and all worked well. I had one minor problem which was nothing to do with the apartment, and John and partner were so helpful, thank you if you're worried about the paying up front for electric, don't be, I used less than I thought I might have, and the balance was refunded straight way. thank you for a lovely stay John, I certainly recommend staying here to anyone.

I'm recommending the loft style unit of Ms krisha. it's highly recommended for those who can still walk up to 4th floor. The place is just awesome🥰

It was the second time we booked Michelle’s place that was why it was easier for us to navigate the area. As usual, her place was spectacular, clean and my kids felt at home. Michelle was a great host and assisted us in everything especially for the parking area of our car. Will be booking her place next time!!!
