The apartment is located in the city center just 50m from the most famous monument of Pula - Arena - an amphitheater from Roman times. In the immediate vicinity are cafes, restaurants, shops, the promenade and the city center with the main street leading to the city's most famous square, the Forum. The sea is couple hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are 2 km away. The main bus station is just 10 minutes walk from apartment and airport is 10 minutes taxi drive.

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Extra couch that can be streched to fit two adult people. Pool with newly added heating and colling features. Add on sauna with olivegarden view. Free use of bikes, barbeque and badminton are some of the options to enjoy at the house.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
