House vacation rentals in Villaggio Mandorli

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had an absolutely outstanding stay. The house was incredibly clean, very spacious, and comfortable in every way. One of the highlights was the garden—truly one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Every corner was perfectly curated and impeccably maintained. The pool was lovely and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The host, Paolo, was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and his family was just as welcoming and kind. Any time I had a question, he was quick to answer and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the property was simple to find. All in all, this was a perfect stay. I genuinely have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing and high-quality stay. I’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

What a beautiful location to spend our vacation. The house is very fully furnished. Louisiana is really very nice and welcoming. Easily accessible via WhatsApp. We felt very welcome. The pool is really lovely. We felt very spoiled.

Small home overlooking an exceptional panoramic view. Integration of the outdoor terrace with the rocks and facing the view quite successfully. Ideal for a couple, I would not recommend it to a couple with a child, access and steep environment. Very rudimentary cuisine for a family.

Clean and tidy accommodation, the house is located in a large private subdivision with secure access. We did not meet Florian but the check-in and check-out instructions are very clear, the communication went smoothly. We had a great time at Florian's place. We enjoyed waking up with a beautiful view of the coast, enough to put you in a good mood to start the days of your vacation. We recommend Florian

Lisa’s Place was so Beautiful! It was so nice to experience the countryside of Sardegna, it was just a 20minute drive from the City Center of Cagliari. Host: Lisa was Amazing, always attended to everything we needed and was very helpful. Laundry: Washing Machine but no Dryer. Hang dry only. Space: Very spacious and beautifully designed. I wish I lived here. Parking: This was hard for us in the beginning but we got the hang of finding spots around the area. Streets are very tight compared to the U.S but we managed to always find one. You have to learn how to park really close to the wall. Food: Sunflower Restaurant is right next door, it was amazing. Garbage: There was a very specific rule about separating garbage. But Lisa provided a guide and reminders about it. Which was helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!!! Thank you so much for everything Lisa!

Fabulous rural location at the end of a road. Genuinely gracious and helpful hosts. A great meal at the (same family) agritourisamo next door.

If you’re looking for an authentic experience off the beaten path, but a short drive to great beaches, superstores, and 30 minutes to Cagliari, then this is the place! A tranquil property with beautiful citrus tree groves (we picked lemons and oranges daily!), and a home filled with love and character, built by previous generations of Vittoria’s family. She and her sister were flexible with our check-in, met us personally, recommended a restaurant for dinner & where to shop the next day, and even took our sons in-hand to show them the gardens. Over the next few days, we drove <30 minutes to incredible beaches. Vittoria has some great recommendations. Kitchen well-stocked. Beds comfortable. My only watch-out is the stairs to the 2nd floor are a little rickety. For the young and/or the elderly, it may be a little challenging. The listing is correct - you need a car. For those renting, remember to get an international drivers license! Needed for many rental agencies.

Very nice place. The terrasse is perfect. The host is very friendly and the beach is very convenient for a swim at the end of the day. We really liked it but it’s a bit on the expensive side compare to other places we rented in Sardinia. I guess it is due to the beach proximity .

Beautiful view.. The apartment is perfect for a relaxing stay near all those beaches near Villasimius town. About 10 min walk to the nearest beach of Campulongu or about 25 to 30min walk to the gorgeous Giunco beach. Great cozy patio overlooking the coast. Kitchen was well equipped and again with a great view. Overall we had a nice experience and Marco gave us good and clear instructions on everything we needed to know.

Joe was an incredible host, he was responsive and helpful. The house was so amazing, location was great, we had stunning beaches and restaurants a short drive away. The pool and garden were great for us and were beautifully maintained. The beds were on the firmer side and for a staying for a week it would have been great to get some extra towels but overall the house was well stocked and rooms were lovely, so great to have some many rooms with ensuites. Joe left us a little present for our daughter’s 2nd birthday that we celebrated which was so thoughtful. Joe also went over and above when we were looking for a private chef. Amazing house! Amazing host, we will be revisiting very soon. Thank you Joe!

Very nice house with a beautiful garden in a very convenient location in Villasimius. We had a great time at Rebecca's place. It's a great place to get to the beaches in a short time. The interior of the house is very well distributed with three spacious rooms and a nice bathroom. The materials are chosen with care and good taste. However, consider a fairly late check-in (after six in the afternoon) and an early check-out (by nine in the morning).

We were welcomed by Rossella's parents, very friendly and helpful. The cottage with ground floor and loft sleeping area is equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable with 2 outdoor areas: the patio where you can eat and relax after a day at the beach and a small garden with lawn and barbecue. The parking lot in front of the entrance gate is very convenient. The area is ideal for visiting all the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and its surroundings. The village with supermarkets is a 5-minute drive away. Rossella was very helpful in solving a small problem with the wifi. Thanks to Rossella and her nice parents, if we return to the area we will definitely book here again!

We loved our visit—host was so accommodating even though we arrived onto the island a day late due to an airline delay. Beds were super comfortable and the view was gorgeous. We would stay here again!

Beautiful house with very pleasant outdoor spaces. The rooms are basic and very clean, all with air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A short distance from the house there is a small market, to reach the center of Villasimius it takes less than 10 minutes by car. The beaches in the area are all easily reachable by car in 10/15 minutes. Maria Elena is very kind and provided us with all the useful information to spend a pleasant vacation.
