Nothing to say, the location is spectacular. Emanuele was truly an exquisite person who was very kind, the apartment was above all modern expectations, furnished well equipped with all the comforts. Quiet area, there are no noises, well connected well between Catanzaro and Catanzaro lido, so well served, so I could say, perhaps, one of the best apartments that I have found in many years that I use Airbnb like these few around, almost everyone is scrambled or badly kept for the rest. I would like to thank Emanuela's hospitality and especially for allowing me to use her apartment which was a delight for me.

Erika’s little home is gorgeous. There is so much thought into every detail of the home, which we felt gave us a beautiful and authentic experience, such as fresh loquats from her garden or freshly baked Calabrese desserts. Fiumefreddo is a gorgeous little town with some great restaurants as well! Just outside of town Erika also had some great recommendations for gelato and site seeing.

Raffaele has always been available with confidentiality, he always wrote to me if I needed anything, the house has been recently renovated, it was clean and cared for, he made me find products for breakfast, coffee and aperitif and other useful things for the stay, it is very spacious and enjoys a wonderful view of the sea and the Gulf of Catanzaro Lido, he gave me many tips on places and where to eat great things, the place is also very quiet and peaceful and there are no problems for parking.... I will definitely keep it in mind if I have to return... I highly recommend it to everyone.

Daniela is an exceptional person: always attentive to needs and wants to make the stay as comfortable as possible! We felt right at home, in a new home, with all the comforts and attention to detail. The surroundings are beautiful, with a designed countryside and a special view! We will definitely be back!!
