Kind and friendly host and wonderful place with peaceful atmosphere. What more can I say, highly recommended for anyone wishing for a getaway in Sardinia.

Just back from a wonderful stay at Salvatore's studio apartment. Although it is a studio it is spacious and with a fully kitted out kitchen. A huge part of the attraction is the fantastic location where you fall asleep to the sound of the waves outside. Within 2 mins you are on a great beach, which is nothing to say of your own little private beach area below the apartment. Salvatore was a great host and very responsive whenever we had any questions. Would definitely recommend the apartment for those that want to chill out and unwind.

We had an amazing family holiday. The villa was perfect for three families (with children). Loads of space and we each had our own bathroom which was nice. The villa is right on a beautiful beach, with amazing sunsets. We all loved watching the sun set while the children played in the sea and sand. Lorenza the host is great. She was there to welcome us and she couldn’t be any more responsive! Always quick to reply with any questions. The WiFi was a little bit temperamental but we didn’t go for internet! The beaches we visited were all beautiful. And really quiet in October. But the sea was warm enough to swim in. We loved our first holiday in Sardinia! And Villa Rosa was a big part of that.

Lory and Max welcome you with a smile! The apartment is pretty and very clean . You will have the necessary dishes and other items. The A/C is working and not too noisy. The pool and outdoor area is really pretty and well appointed. Your hosts know how to be discreet despite the proximity. They are full of care for us. When you arrive the fridge will already be stocked as well as the cabinets ( milk ,cereals,rusks,yogurts,fruits,cheese,jams,charcuterie,water,coffee........... ) The small downsides: a rooster in the garden right next door that sing night and day ( we end up getting used to it ) and the lack of blackout curtain.

We loved our vacation in the estate of Constanza and Mauro. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great play equipment on site, like a pool volleyball game and a ping pong table, which gave a lot of joy. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, we also enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family and have been delicious food, e.g. in the aquarium - a brilliant pizzaria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and at the same time relaxing for us. Thank you very much for our great family vacation. We will be happy to come back and recommend your place wholeheartedly.

The location of the apartment right by the beach is fantastic. It’s wonderful to have breakfast on the terrace with a sea view or to end the day in the evening with the sound of the waves. The living area could be a bit more inviting, but otherwise, the apartment is very nice. Stefano is a great host who is always available. Ciao Grazie, we would love to come back.

It’s a very nice and cosy house close to a beautiful beach. The host is very kind and helpful. I can recommend a stay very much.

Well what to say. What a wonderful host, Michela was just perfect and so helpful. Her home we rented was just perfect. What a beautiful home and we would love to return there one day.
