During the pandemic, I started following a FB group called view from my window. I loved seeing the views from around the world and the positive, encouraging posts. I began to see beautiful posts from Tuscany along with poetic descriptions posted by Elena. I learned she was an air bnb host. We were fortunate to stay at her air bnb, and she was the most delightful host. This truly is a special place. Elena goes above and beyond to communicate and help you make the most of your stay. Take advantage of all the advice and recommendations Elena has to offer, you won't be disappointed. That being said, allow some time to enjoy this beautiful place and soak it all in. Peccioli is a wonderful little town, with great places to eat, gelato and bread just steps away. There is an abundance of public art to wander around and enjoy. Practical tips-grocery store and laundry convenient. You do have to access the space via stairs. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a peaceful place among the vines, this is the place for you. Andrea and Giorgia were very responsive and friendly. Great wine, amazing place to stay and we loved their beautiful, friendly dogs Pecorino and Fiora. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Our stay at Alessandro and Emiliano's place was lovely! From the moment we arrived, Alessandro greeted us warmly with snacks, maps, and even arranged a dinner reservation at a beautiful local restaurant. This level of hospitality continued throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question, they responded quickly and helpfully. One evening, they even surprised us with dessert, and on our last day, they thoughtfully brought us cappuccinos before we left early for the airport. And the view—absolutely breathtaking! The home is well-equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a peaceful retreat.

Leonardo was the perfect host. Knowledgeable, helpful, and dedicated to us having a wonderful stay. We loved being up in the hills of Tuscany, surrounded by olive trees and grape vines. The grounds are beautiful. Although we had exciting weather, including rain, thunder, and lightning, it did not deter us from getting out and exploring Tuscany. The Airbnb listing reflects the beauty of Il Fienile accurately but does not reflect how wonderful Leonardo and his family treat their guests. You will not be disappointed! We will be back! The place is totally cute and super quiet. The views from the terrace are gorgeous. As you can see in the description, the bathroom is quite open. The fixtures are quite old but everything is super clean. In the kitchen, everything you need. Maria Isabella was always available, gave us many great tips for our stay and was very sweet. Many beautiful destinations are accessible by car. In the village there is a delicious and super cheap pizza and a supermarket. We can recommend the property. 😊

Beautiful farm with friendly animals. We were greeted by donkies and had a local dog walk with us around the town. The space had a lot of character and charm. Very peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed.

What a lovely apartment in a quiet quaint village. Lorenzo was great at communicating and offering many different ideas for experiences nearby. The apartment looked just like the photos and is very well stocked. Take the time to wander the village. Many wonderful art pieces to see. We were driving on our trip and found free parking available each night.

Our stay was the perfect getaway. We found the place on social media and booked it right away. It lived up to the reviews and exceeded all of our expectations. Giovanni is an excellent host and has a pure passion for what he does and making his guest enjoy their stay. We enjoyed all the information during our tour of the vineyard and the fantastic wine, olive oil, and meats, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. Giovanni’s vineyard is a once in a lifetime experience and we are so grateful we were able to spend some time there on our honeymoon. We cannot wait to visit again! The best host for our honeymoon holiday!

Can’t say enough how wonderful this property is. If you are in doubt-don’t be book it right now!! My husband and I booked the upper floor for the first 4 days of our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with it. It was exceptionally clean and we were warmly welcomed by Francesco and efficiently shown around the beautiful apartment. It is a gorgeous area and so peaceful, we felt right at home and immediately relaxed. We spent our days driving around Tuscany and visiting the nearby sites, but we could have easily remained on the property and enjoyed ourselves just as much! It is a magical property. And Antonello (the dog) and cats roaming around outside are very friendly and add to the charm! This is my favorite airbnb by far, my husband and I definitely want to come back and I think this will be the highlight of our trip! Also the wine & olive oil they make here is exceptional, the best wine we tried in Tuscany. You won’t be disappointed!
