Everything was perfect

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and we couldn't take much advantage of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and has good facilities. The mattress was very good and of good dimensions. There are some shops and a large supermarket nearby. The walk to downtown is relatively short and pleasant.

A lovely apartment with a balcony and everything you need. The apartment is very clean, the owners are friendly and always in touch. We have spent wonderful days here and we will be happy to return. Thanks to Anastasia and Alex!

Pier Luigi's accommodation is in a very quiet area and convenient to all services, upon our arrival we were welcomed by Anna, Pier's partner, who was really kind and friendly. In the apartment we found all the amenities described, nothing was missing, the terrace with mountain views was also beautiful. My boyfriend and I had a really good time, it was like being at home. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely be back! I recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

Perfect location in a perfect appartment. Spacious and with a nice courtyard to sit in the morning sun. Carlo was nice, responsive and welcoming.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and we enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is bigger than our previous accommodations in Italy/Switzerland, clean and nice as per photos. It comes with 2 room (1 queen, 1 single bed) and a small open kitchen. There is a washing machine but no dryer. We love the peaceful location in Venice Mestre, and there is a great Chinese restaurant Orientale in the area. Would definitely recommend one to eat there. Down side is that need to go up one flight of stairs so those with heavy luggage need to take note. The house is also around 10-15 min walk with luggage. Will be great if they can install some hooks in the toilet at high points so that we can hang our clothes when we shower or for the towels. Would definitely recommend people to stay here!

The apartment is roomy, comfortable, and unique and there was grocery shopping and other stores conveniently located (within walking distance). The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Elisabetta and Renato were both very responsive. The only disappointment was that the dishwater was on the fritz, which we understand is scheduled to be fixed. If you're in the Padova area, I recommend this place.

Great apartments very clean

Quiet house on the outskirts of Verona. Very well renovated and very clean.

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Interesting location, 5 minutes walk to a bus stop to Venice, perfect for getting around without constraints from the car. Very good choice.

Nice house in a quiet and safe area at the end of a dead-end road. The house has a nice garden outside with plenty of sun and a fence all around the property. The host is super nice and responsive and everything is well organized.

Nice and pleasant accommodation, comfortable beds, front garden, bicycles, beautiful beach on the opposite side of the island, port 10 minutes from the house.

Fantastic! Incredible attention to detail, kindness and helpfulness of Giovanni and Marta. The super nice dog made friends with our Hope and the area behind the highway is still super quiet, peaceful and really very well maintained. The garden and parking were the plus that made us choose this accommodation. We couldn't have chosen better. The first evening we chose to have a delivery, while the second evening we preferred to cook at home given the presence of all the amenities offered by the apartment. Really great experience compared to the price and proximity to the center!!!

Tiziana was the best host. Helpful, kind and makes you feel happy. She explained everything to us. The place is beautiful, quiet, new, comfortable and very, very clean. The view is more than wonderful. Everything you need is available in the place. She also provides everything we ask for. She made us feel like we were in our home and she also allowed us to delay check-out.

Beautiful apartment, large, bright, modern and quiet. Excellent bedding. Impeccable in terms of cleanliness Fully equipped: dishwasher, oven. Microwave, washing machine and dryer, broom vacuum cleaner, robot vacuum cleaner, tv, wii... and the consumables that go with it ( laundry detergent, pods..., games for wii...) We didn't ask for so much 🤪 Perfect welcome. Sheltered and secure parking on the property. Clear instructions thanks in particular to plastic sheets ( in English and Italian) List of the best restaurants in the area (with quality and price indications). Emanuele set the bar very high! 🙂 Congrats, we are delighted with our stay!

The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We spent two days in this B&B and couldn't have made a better choice! The apartment is completely renovated, all new and with attention to detail. The walk-in closet is beautiful, the bathroom is impeccable, and the kitchen and living room modern, cozy and super equipped One of the highlights is definitely the huge terrace, perfect for relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need: pots, coffee maker, tea, mugs, cutlery... everything is super clean! The sheets were fragrant and super soft, and the raised bed was so comfortable that in the morning we didn't want to get up. It's also equipped with Netflix and every possible comfort, making your stay even more enjoyable. The location is in a quiet but convenient area to reach everything easily. Considering the quality of the apartment and the impeccable renovation, the price is really great. A special thank you also to the girl who manages it: very kind and always available

Very good communication with Roberto and Mattia. They gave us the contact details of a transport agency for airport transfers with driver. 5-night family stay in the apartment, well located 50 m from 2 Tram T1 stations... direct Venice. A large supermarket in front of the building and a 10-minute walk to the center of Mestre (restaurants and shops...). The accommodation located on the 4th floor is very comfortable and well-equipped. Perfect stay and ideal for visiting Venice and its region.
