A very complete apartment and equipped with details that others don't have. The bed is very comfortable and the best part is that it's just a few steps from the Rialto Bridge and public transport stations. Very agile and fast communication with the host. I definitely recommend it.

Very well located accommodation, in a very lively area but away from noise. It is small and not very bright (but you can see that in the photos!) but very clean and functional. Big plus: there is a lockable closet at the entrance of the building where we can leave our luggage after check-out.

fabrizio's proposal is an excellent base to visit Venice: in an excellent position with respect to connection services (bus stop a few steps away), in a quiet area and also with easy parking, if equipped with your own car. Fun fact: if lovers of ethnic cuisines, there is no shortage of alternatives nearby, some are also very delicious. The apartment corresponds in everything to what is planned, bright and suitable for a pleasant stay of 2 to 4 people. Recommended!

The location is perfect: close to most main sights, beautiful and polished neighborhood, close to a supermarket. The sofa bed is quite comfortable and was already set up as a bed. The parking space required a bit of a walk but was quite convenient.

Wonderful apartment, location, and host.

The apartment is wonderfully suitable for exploring Vicenza. The center can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The parking space in the underground parking lot is worth gold! The apartment itself is attractively furnished and everything necessary is available. We felt comfortable there. Davide was always available and very helpful . We will be happy to come back!

We only stayed one night but this was a great alternative to staying in Venice itself. Quick walk to Mestre station, where there's plenty of trains going to the island. The place itself was clean, stocked with all the essentials, and easy to access.

Fantastic stay in Venice! The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the vaporetto station, making it super easy to explore the city. Venice itself isn't very big, so everything was within a short distance. The accommodation was comfortable, and the host was welcoming. Highly recommend!

Clean place and exactly as described. Extremely convenient to reach Venice by public transport (bus stop 2 minutes away and train station 8 minutes away).

We spent a week in Treviso and were extremely satisfied. The apartment is very well located: close to the train station and in a few steps you are in the heart of the beautiful small town. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped (it even has an iron, ironing board, etc.). The cleanliness is excellent. Above all, the comfort of the bed (not too soft, not too hard) is very good. This was a fantastic apartment! We felt right at home, clean, perfect location, close to so many points of interest. Chiara was beyond responsive and was helpful and any questions we had. The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

Quiet beautiful location on the slope above Torbole. Refreshing pool, wonderful in the heat. Private parking. Good amenities, Nicola has thought of everything!

Thomas was very responsive to all our requests. He is very well organized and his answers have always been quick, very clear, very appropriate. The apartment is very good value for money for a large family like ours.

Had a lovely stay, the cottage lacked nothing. The beautiful view from the living room and kitchen made sure you woke up cheerfully every day 🤗 Giorgia was super friendly and helpful, she was super quick to respond to the app and made sure we had a fantastic stay. From the cottage you can easily drive to Verona and to Lake Garda! We had a great time 🫶

Halli Hello, in winter Very quiet location, in summer I can imagine great area, not far from beach. Venice can be reached in 30 minutes by vaporetto, nice route for photography😊. Accommodation fully equipped with everything you could need (kitchen utensils, bathroom, extra blankets) etc. Pleasant and quick written contact. We were very satisfied overall and would recommend it. ☺️👍
