Lola’s place offered us incredibly stunning views. She was an incredible host and supported/helped us in all ways when asked. Very appreciative of our time there. Will definitely stop in again in the future

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Formentale. The house was exactly as described, clean, cozy and cared for down to the smallest detail. Francesca proved to be an exceptional host: helpful, friendly and attentive, respecting our privacy. The location of the apartment was ideal for exploring the area, and we also really appreciated his suggestions on activities and places to visit with the kids. I highly recommend his accommodation to anyone who wants to have an authentic and enjoyable experience. We hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful peaceful time in this apartment. Alessio's guidance was 100% clear and we were very comfortable. Air-conditioning worked perfectly. ..--'/We had loads of space, bedrooms/ kitchen/ living room were all perfect and as per photos. Location also very good for Lucca old town. Beautiful house, with the charm of the old and a breathtaking view. The garden and pool are very well maintained and it feels good. Other people may also be on site, as the house is separated into several parts. On our side, we had no issues with the neighbors, and the place is big enough to have its own space. Communication with Barbara was great, she provided us with all the information we needed and responded promptly. Arriving by car is not that complicated, just make sure the GPS avoids a closed road. We followed Barbara's instructions and everything went well. All in all, this house allowed us to have a good time, to relax during our holidays, and its authentic charm caused a few touches of nostalgia.

Beautiful place, great hospitality, we will definitely be back. Andrea welcomed us as if we had always known each other, it was like being at home. The garden is fabulous and the pergola is an ideal place to spend an evening with friends. Super recommended

Five stars for serene, spacious and spotless. We stayed six nights and could easily have stayed two weeks. If you are looking for rest and relaxation very close to the sea, the mountains and towns, this house is the place for you. The house is very large, well stocked and furnished and not a spot of dust or dirt. A great base for the entire Liguria region. Awesome host. Must see: national park, regional park and the Carrara marble quarries.

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

Although I only stayed for one night, my experience here was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable - just 50 meters from the sea and a quick 2-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient to explore Riomaggiore and the other Cinque Terre villages. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped with modern amenities. The highlight was definitely the terrace with its breathtaking view - the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Speaking of wine, I was pleasantly surprised when the host generously presented me with a complimentary bottle - such a thoughtful touch that made my short stay even more special! The location in the center of Riomaggiore meant easy access to all restaurants and local shops. Despite being in the heart of this charming village, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable. The host was extremely attentive and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for enjoying Riomaggiore.

Matteo is a great host, he welcomed us warmly with his mom. He gave us very useful tips for our stay. The parking space is a significant plus. Sheets and towels are provided. The apartment is conveniently located in relation to the lively street of La Spezia and the train station. No noise in the residence, everything was quiet. This apartment is so perfect for travelling around Italy. Close to the Tower (10-15 min walk) and close to some amazing eating places! We walked to the Pisa Central Station every day and went to many different towns/cities. Lucca was amazing and so was Florence. Viareggio was charming seaside town as well!! All affordable as well by train. We will definitely return x

We just finished a wonderful ten day visit at this lovely apartment. It was spotless, had a beautiful terrace with an amazing view, and Roberta and her staff were all lovely to work with. I highly recommend!
