House vacation rentals in Versilia

We had a great time at Due Pini. Andrea is a great host, always quick to answer and very friendly. The kids really loved the enormous private pool and the views from the house are amazing. We also booked a home cook for a night, highly recommended! Love to come again!

Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Nydelig hus med en flott og velholdt hage. Bassenget var fantastisk, og det er svært barnevennlig med ulike nivåer. Veldig hyggelige og vennlige verter som alltid svarte rask dersom vi hadde spørsmål.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

abbiamo passato il capodanno in compagnia e ci siamo divertiti molto. la casa è bellissima e rispecchia tutte le informazioni. Elizabeth è molto gentile e proattiva per qualunque richiesta o problema. assolutamente consigliato!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Von dort aus hatten wir einen wunderbaren Ausblick über Stadt. Viel Natur und Ruhe. Von dort der Unterkunft aus, gelangt man schnell an alle tollen Orte in der Toskana. Die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht einen zu helfen. Danke für einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt.

je recommande ce logement à 100 pour cent. Le logement est très propre très bien situé très calme. Tout est conforme à la description. Paolo fait de son mieux pour parler le français . Wow! This might be the easiest way to describe our stay, but it certainly captures my feelings. To begin, Cristina was very responsive with all my messages and she proactively reached out to solidify a time to meet her at the train station so she could walk us back to her house. This was extremely helpful at the beginning of the trip because it just happened to be pouring down rain and it would’ve been very difficult to find without her assistance. She even brought umbrellas for us! The house was about a five minute walk from the train station and Lovers Lane. It provides the most unbelievable and magnificent view of the sea. The place was clean and had all the amenities described by Cristina. Honestly, the pictures in the profile do not do this place any justice… The beauty far exceeds the pictures. The house is about a five minute walk from the city center where you have easy access to restaurants and shops. This place is absolutely perfect for any trip to the Cinque Terra.

Wij hebben 2 weken enorm genoten van onze vakantie in het heerlijke huis van Jeroen. Jeroen is een zeer attente, sympathieke gastheer: van de filmpjes ter voorbereiding van je verblijf tot tips voor uitstapjes en allerhande praktische zaken. Het huis is schoon en van alles voorzien. In de omgeving zijn mooie wandelingen. Steden als Lucca, Pisa en Florence zijn een stukje rijden, maar zeker de moeite waard. Het meest bijzondere van ons verblijf was toch wel de plek van het huis. Het uitzicht is echt fantastisch! We hebben enorm genoten in de tuin van het uitzicht, de stilte, de telkens veranderende luchten, de kerkklokken van de dorpjes in de verte… Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terugkomen!

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

Bellissima casa toscana in pietra con uno splendido giardino intorno e un'ottima vista sulla valle di fronte. Nonostante la casa sia abbastanza isolata, la connessione internet è perfetta e permette di lavorare in remoto senza problemi. Lara è stata molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Ci ritornerei molto molto volentieri, super consigliato!

Very nice property close to everything but far enough to have a quiet stay. Nice view, garden and pool. Monica made us dessert which was a plus.

Llegamos a Terrinca en la primavera 2025, a conocer el pueblo del que emigró mi bisabuelo hace 150 años. La casa fue restaurada a nuevo recientemente y está equipada para resolver cualquier necesidad. Su terraza tiene una vista magnífica a las montañas y está frente a una iglesia construída en el siglo IX. Terrinca es un pueblo especial por su rica historia. Además, permite acceder a toda la Versilia, sus montes, bosques de castaños y playas. Pero por sobretodo esto, destaca su anfitriona, Carla. Siempre atenta a sus huéspedes y con una calidez humana muy especial. Sin duda, volveremos.

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Abbiamo avuto modo di interagire con Maria, la mamma di Sinome, che è una persona molto socievole e pronta ad aiutare in caso di necessità. Ci siamo trovati bene. Grazie

Das alte Steinhaus von Sabrina und Massimo ist sehr schön hergerichtet worden. Es ist gemütlich und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Da wir grosses Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir die Laube im Aussenbereich mit fantastischem Ausblick, den Garten und den Pool ausgiebig nutzen. Ein Tipp von uns wäre noch, dass an der Eingangstür und den Schlafzimmerfenstern noch Fliegengitter angebracht werden könnten, dann wäre das Lüften einfacher ohne, dass es abends überall krabbelt. Ausserdem ist zu erwähnen, dass es direkt nebenan ein Haus gibt, das wohl selten genutzt wird, aber bei unserem Aufenthalt die letzte Nacht bewohnt war. Für alle, die absolute Ruhe suchen, wäre das vielleicht schwieriger. Für uns war es jedoch keinen Stern Abzug wert, da wir am nächsten Tag ohnehin abgereist sind. Sabrina und Massimo sind fantastische Gastgeber, die da sind, wenn es Hilfe braucht, aber nicht aufdringlich sind. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce charmant hébergement. Parfait pour les petites familles. Un lit de bébé avait été prêté par les hôtes. La cour est idéale pour manger dehors et profiter de la verdure. Le spa était super agréable le soir. De là nous avons visité Lucca et Montepulciano, deux villes coup de coeur, ainsi que Florence. La boulangerie du coin, Antica Pasticceria Giovannini Buggiano, offre des pâtisseries sublimes. Plusieurs supermarchés à proximité. Bref, nous recommandons chaudement si vous séjournez en Toscane.

Anna is an amazing host, my family and I felt so welcomed by Anna. Communication was excellent and Anna was so helpful every time we needed something. Roberto was helpful with helping us get about and keep us informed about what we needed to do and places we wanted to see. This was such an amazing stay, Anna made us feel at home with from having little bits for breakfast, something to have for dinner and even a little sweet treat. It genuinely felt like we left our home to visit our other home with Anna. This a perfect place and definitely worth staying at, great location and an absolutely amazing host. ❤️
